With the constantly development of high-speed railway in my country,the construction of passenger-dedicated tunnels in complex terrain is also increasing.At the same time,it has been widely used in the construction of tunnels,based on the economic and safe characteristics of the new Austrian method.In the tunnel construction,the on-site monitoring and measurement technology is used to reflect the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,which has important guiding significance for ensuring safety,guiding the construction,and reducing the cost of the project.So scientifically and reasonably to analyze the monitoring measurement data,and obtain the maximum deformation of the tunnel under different surrounding rock levels,which can better provide a more accurate reserved deformation for tunnel excavation,and it also has great significance for controlling economic costs.On the basis of summarizing the predecessor’s research on railway tunnel monitoring and measurement technology and theory,combined with Weihe tunnel monitoring and measurement work,this paper studies the determination of measurement items,data processing and the selection of reserved deformation of the tunnel.The tunnel construction plays a certain role as a help and reference.The main works are as follows:(1)Summarized the surrounding rock deformation and monitoring measurement of the tunnel,and got the meaning of the reserved deformation of the tunnel.According to the requirements,the spacing of the monitoring section of the Weihe Tunnel,the layout of measurement points,and the frequency of measurement were designed,and the deformation law of the surrounding rock was studied.(2)The typical Ⅲ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ surrounding rocks of the Weihe Tunnel were monitored and measured respectively.By analyzing the measured data,the relationship curve of surrounding rock deformation with time and the maximum deformation of surrounding rock displacement were obtained;mathematical regression was used.Analytical method,regression fitting curve analysis was carried out on the tunnel deformation data,and the stable condition of the surrounding rock during tunnel construction was obtained.(3)Through reasonable selection of calculation parameters,numerical software is used to simulate the deformation of grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ surrounding rock after supporting structure under specific geological conditions,and the bending moment and displacement deformation of different grades of surrounding rock are analyzed.The maximum deformation value of the numerical simulation.Combined with the measured maximum deformation of the tunnel and the regression fitting curve value,the reasonable reserved deformation of the tunnel is determined.(4)Through the selection of the reserved deformation of the surrounding rocks of grades Ⅲ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ,the verification and application are carried out in different grades of surrounding rocks.According to the feedback of the actual measurement data on the spot,the reservation effect is better,and further under the premise of ensuring the safety of the tunnel The engineering cost is reduced,and a reliable technical basis is provided for optimizing the parameters of the reserved deformation of the tunnel.
