The disadvantages of traditional wireless measurement and control system are wide varieties,large size,poor compatibility,and lack of unified specifications,which are not conducive to subsequent technical support and guarantee coordination.With the development of integrated circuit technology and wireless communication technology,it is necessary to develop a wireless measurement and control system with strong versatility,high flexibility,and programmable parameters to better meet the needs of modernization.In this paper,a wireless measurement and control system based on SOC and AD9361 is designed.High-speed data acquisition module,digital baseband processing module and radio frequency transceiver module are realized from two aspects of hardware and software.The high-speed data acquisition module mainly completes the reception of Ethernet data and the acquisition of analog data.The Ethernet controller chip W5300 and the analog-to-digital conversion chip AD7298 are the core components of the module.The internal registers of the W5300 chip are initialised to the UDP transport protocol to complete the reception of network data.The 8analogue-to-digital conversion channels of the AD7298 chip acquire analogue data in turn.The digital baseband processing module is based on XC7Z030,Model Sim and MATLAB.Framing and deframing of measurement and control data,BPSK modulation and demodulation,QPSK modulation and demodulation,Costas carrier synchronisation,DTTL bit synchronisation are implemented.The radio frequency module uses the radio frequency transceiver chip AD9361 as the core device to realize the functions such as digital data interface,transceiver channel,and automatic gain control.In the radio frequency front-end module,the communication distance and receiving sensitivity of the measurement and control terminal are improved through the power amplifier circuit and the low noise amplifier circuit.High-speed acquisition,framing,QPSK modulation and transmission of Ethernet data,switch data and analog data at the transmitter of the telemetry link are realized by testing and analyzing the overall function indicators of the wireless measurement and control system.The reception,QPSK demodulation,deframing,storage and analysis of the telemetry data at the receiving end of the telemetry link are realized.The acquisition,framing,BPSK modulation and transmission of remote control commands at the transmitter end of the remote control link are realized.The reception,BPSK demodulation,deframing and serial communication of the remote control command at the receiving end of the remote control link are realized.To sum up,the wireless measurement and control system designed in this paper can combine the radio frequency analog circuit and the digital baseband circuit organically.It is a miniaturized wireless measurement and control system,which can choose frame format and modulation demodulation mode and is suitable for P,L,S and C frequency bands.It has certain engineering application value in the aerospace and military fields.
