With the continuous development of high artillery precision strike technology,the role of remote control system in military communication is becoming more and more prominent.The remote control system is divided into two ends.Due to the small size of a high projectile and the shortage of available space on the projectile,the miniaturized circuit design of the projectile borne receiving end is very necessary.Aiming at the wireless transmission system of a miniaturized high artillery shell as the research background,this paper designs a remote control system composed of ground launch system and miniaturized missile borne receiving system,which has certain application value.This paper is divided into four parts:theoretical research,hardware design,software design and experimental verification of remote control system.Firstly,this paper describes the wireless remote control and wireless transmission technology,and investigates IEEE802.15.4 development status and implementation scheme of standards,then it deeply studies the media access control layer(MAC),physical layer(PHY),data transmission process and OQPSK modulation mode in IEEE802.15.4 standard.Next,according to the background and indicators of the project,the hardware platforms of the remote control system are designed.The overall hardware architecture of the remote control system,the chip selection at the transmitter and receiver,the design of the RF front-end circuit,the baseband circuit design and the peripheral circuit design are described in detail,and the PCB of the missile receiving terminal is miniaturized.In addition,impedance matching,antenna simulation and power amplification circuit design of the ground transmitter are carried out.Finally,the software part of the remote control system on both sides of the receiver and receiver is studied and designed,and a number of experiments are carried out to verify it.At the receiver,the SPI driver,chip configuration and transceiver program based on STM32F103 and UZ400 chips are designed.On the transmitter,based on the FPGA,AD9361 chip and IEEE802.15.4 standard,which implements the software design of data cache,CRC check,data frame filling,OQPSK modulation and digital interface.In the experimental part,the transmitter multi-frequency point test,receiver FIFO test,pull test and link quality verification are carried out to verify the correctness and reliability of the miniaturized wireless remote control system designed.
