Research On The Materials And Reuse Of Traditional Village Dwellings In The West Of Beijing

As the crystallization of the long history of architecture,traditional villages represent the civilization spirit of the nation and are important carriers of traditional culture.Traditional dwellings are the most widely distributed building types in villages,which integrate traditional construction techniques and constitute the main content of traditional culture.However,with the economic development of modern society and the penetration of village tourism,the ecological environment of villages has been seriously affected.Nowadays,traditional villages are facing the crisis of decreasing number and remaining difficulties.Therefore,the recognition and protection of traditional villages are becoming more and more important.The west of Beijing is the most widely distributed area of traditional dwellings in Beijing.The author investigated 12 traditional villages in the west of Beijing and sorted out and classified the legacy and use status of traditional materials.This paper summarizes the performance,construction technology and expression form of traditional materials such as wood,tile,brick and stone,classifies the characteristic stone and tile in the west of Beijing in detail,and analyzes the characteristics of building materials combined with traditional technology and construction techniques,and analyzes the characteristics of the utilization of traditional residential building materials under the multi-culture in the west of Beijing.Deepen the understanding of traditional villages from the perspective of building materials,inherit the historical context and protect traditional buildings.A large amount of construction waste will be generated in the process of building construction,use and abandonment.The disposal of these waste building materials,such as landfill and incineration,seriously pollutes the ecological environment.Therefore,the study of material reuse is particularly important in the development of building.This paper studies the reuse of building materials from both theoretical and practical perspectives,based on the theory of building life cycle,circular economy and building hierarchy,and sets up the principles and methods to solve the reuse of materials at the beginning of the design.In terms of construction technology,the feasibility analysis of material reuse was carried out firstly.In combination with various mature reuse methods,such as direct reuse,degraded reuse,and recycled reuse,the specific practices of material reuse were summarized from actual cases to lay a foundation for practical transformation.Design modification,this article through to the local-style dwelling houses of jingxi reuse will be handled in the research of jingxi material comb,material by way of summary,into the architectural design,the combination of jingxi regional culture,as the continuation of historical architecture style,retain the local characteristics of stone and tile surface process,at the same time in order to meet the current needs of building a new,The suitable reuse of materials is studied,and the structural reuse of recycled SLATE,recycled board and stone materials is used in building reconstruction.
