With the rapid development of social economy,productivity and real estate construction industry,the r&d and innovation of science and technology has brought about the replacement of old and new materials,so there are many problems that waste material resources are difficult to deal with and use.In today's highly developed society,economy and civilization,the rational exploitation and utilization of natural resources and the exploration of the mode of friendly coexistence of ecological environment have gradually become the long-term goal of human development.So in order to follow the basic principle of the circular economy theory as the background,to explore the directly to the way of waste materials in a specific area of practical application in building renovation design activities,in today's society is not only for the green building energy saving low carbon building positive response of the hot research trends,and to transform the continuation of history of the regional architecture in the design of landscape features keep thinking has broaden the efficiency.Based on the research background of traditional residential houses in Beijing,this study analyzes and summarizes the existing residential problems,discusses the improvement requirements of low-carbon construction in the renovation and design activities,and explores the feasible design methods based on reusable material resources.Articles from both at home and abroad based on the direct reuse of material transformation method and the purpose of the low carbon transformation case analysis summary,for the two directions of the characteristics of several typical materials can be directly reuse and the common way of recycling the typical material summary analysis,for the reconstruction of vernacular architecture in Beijing to take material can be drawn lessons from direct reuse of design technique and the low carbon design methods of survey research data summary,selecting typical residential survey of surveying and mapping in the Beijing area as a background for practical design scheme of adaptive strategy,auxiliary to improve indoor thermal environment of physics simulation software evaluation conclusion these five aspects to elaborate on the solution strategy.Based on the traditional local-style dwelling houses building under the background of low carbon energy saving retrofit design put forward the solution of practical reference value,expectation for efficient recycling of waste materials find a reasonable theory to guide the construction way and the design method,is the social development demand for resource recycling and the social requirements of green low carbon building positive response.
