| In the context of “Internet +” and smart manufacturing,digitization,networking and intelligentization are the main developing trendencies of the modern warehousing industry.With the emergence of intensive warehousing,the scale of storage is expending,the warehousing process is more complex and diverse,and there are more and more new warehousing logistics equipment used in different operation scenarios.A large number of heterogeneous storage equipment is put into use,which makes the communication methods between equipments different,which makes it difficult to integrate heterogeneous equipment data,and brings huge challenges to the monitoring and efficient and coordinated handling of storage equipment.The traditional single warehouse monitoring system has problems such as severe system coupling,over-concentration of computing power,poor concurrent processing capability and scalability,etc.,which has been unable to meet the needs of distributed monitoring of multi-heterogeneous equipment and large-scale intensive storage.Therefore,in order to achieve efficient and flexible monitoring of heterogeneous equipment by WCS and improve the execution efficiency and visualization degree of warehousing operations,this article is based on OPC UA industrial communication technology,Web service technology,SQL Server database technology,this paper studies the distributed heterogeneous equipment in dense warehousing monitoring technology,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Proposed a digital mapping technology approach for dense storage heterogeneous equipmentAiming at the complex warehousing operation scenario where multiple heterogeneous equipment is handled in coordination,with the help of the digital twin technology concept,physical warehousing equipment such as four-way vehicles,hoists,conveyors,etc.are mapped one by one into corresponding digital equipment objects,and a two-way mapping mechanism for virtual and real equipment is established,By accessing digital device objects,unified monitoring and efficient and flexible control of heterogeneous devices can be realized.In order to shield the communication differences caused by the heterogeneity of storage equipment,OPC UA industrial communication technology is adopted to read and write the data of heterogeneous storage equipment in a unified manner.Based on object-oriented modeling,real-time mapping of physical device status to digital device object attributes through OPC variable subscription,and asynchronous programming model to synchronously map physical device behaviors to digital device object methods.Multi-layer encapsulation of digital device object methods,construction of hierarchical digital device access application program interface,to achieve simple and robust control of digital devices.(2)Service-based distributed storage equipment monitoring integrated application technologyIn order to meet the needs of intensive storage monitoring with multiple heterogeneous equipment,concurrent tasks,large-scale,and rich library types,break through the computing power bottleneck of the single architecture,and improve the robustness and scalability of WCS,a distributed storage monitoring service is proposed.Key technology.Analyze the warehousing business functions,use the idea of microservice architecture to design micro-services such as equipment monitoring,job control,warehousing unit management,and Web applications,and support the monitoring of different types of warehouses from the system structure.Based on the digital mapping of storage heterogeneous equipment and Web service technology,the digital equipment objects are encapsulated as equipment monitoring services to realize remote access to storage equipment and provide technical support for the Web visual monitoring of storage equipment.Use Rabbit MQ message queue technology to realize asynchronous communication between different warehousing services,overcome business inconsistencies caused by distribution,and integrate warehousing services.(3)Proposed a real-time Web visualized monitoring technology for storage equipmentAiming at the problems of low accuracy,incomplete coverage,and high risk of traditional manual monitoring data,a real-time visualized monitoring technology for warehouse equipment based on Web services is presented.Based on the storage equipment monitoring service and real-time Web technology,different storage equipment data push strategies are designed to actively push the real-time change data from the equipment monitoring service to the client.Use front-end visualization technology to visually process storage equipment data to achieve web visual monitoring of equipment health status(such as communication quality,equipment failure,power,etc.),real-time operating status(such as operating speed,current location,etc.),and cargo location status.Meet the monitoring needs of mobile smart terminals and provide a rich user monitoring experience.The project is supported by the Scientific Research Project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission(17DZ2283800),and the 2018
