The Crowded Warehouse On E-commerce Logistics Layout Plan And Primary Equipment Design

With the rapid development of the computer internet technology, the development momentum of the e-commerce logistics beyond imagination. Many traditional retail enterprises are affected by the e-commerce logistics industry and develop to the emerging field. But, in reality, whether foreign or domestic, are due to the ability of modern logistics bottle neckrestriction and can’t go further quickly.The purpose of this research is analysis modern commercial logistics industry, find out the factors which restrict the development of e-commerce logistics, solve the problem which is the modern logistics capability lagged far behind the electricity industry development. Build the automatic sorting system of intensive warehouse on e-commerce logistics, design the rail roadway stacker of intensive warehouse and build the storage warehouse on e-commerce logistics.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. This paper discusses the background and significance of the research, the technology of e-commerce logistics are be summarized, and studied the warehouse layout of logistics distribution center and the sorting of distribution center sorting order.2. This paper introduced the management mode of e-commerce logistics, give the management connotation and the system structure, analyzed the methods of order analysis and the sorting process.3. This paper introduced the design of the automatic sorting system of intensive warehouse on e-commerce logistics, including the warehouse layout and design.4. Design of the rail roadway stacker of intensive warehouse. According to the general design scheme of stacker, this paper carry on the detailed design to each part, including Walking mechanism, hoisting mechanism and pallet fork.5. Design the storage warehouse on e-commerce logistics, including warehouse system structure, track and the shuttle car, it can better improve the utilization efficiency of space.
