The increase of the installed capacity of steam turbine generator brings about the increase of the weight of the unit equipment and the increase of the operating disturbance,and the basis of carrying the generator unit must be strengthened accordingly to ensure the safety of the unit operation.Based on the basis of a new largescale power plant turbine generator set,the project is based on the vibration isolation of the steam engine spring,and the basic frame column network is horizontally encrypted for the change of the unit equipment.In order to comprehensively study the vibration performance of the horizontal encryption vibration isolation foundation of the column network and evaluate the operation safety of the steam engine foundation,this paper makes a 1:10 shrink model of the horizontal encryption steam engine spring vibration base,including the condenser,based on similar theoretical design,carries on the power characteristic test,the response prediction analysis,and simulates the SAP2000 numerical basis.The main contents are as follows:(1)Power characteristics test.The basic self-vibration frequency,vibration type,damping ratio and other dynamic characteristics are obtained by using the spatial vibration method.The use of spring vibration isolation device can effectively reduce the basic self-vibration frequency,to meet the basic design requirements,the base column network horizontal increase two rows of frame columns,the base of the loworder vibration type is still mainly the overall vibration,the horizontal encryption of the column network increases the local lateral stiffness,the overall self-vibration frequency is significantly higher than the two-row column spring vibration base;(2)Respond to predictive analytics.Based on the above-mentioned power characteristics test results,according to the unit operating disturbance provided by the unit equipment manufacturers,the maximum vibration line displacement of the disturbance point of the base plate of the steam engine is analyzed,the value is less than the specification limit;(3)Numerical simulation.Using SAP2000 finite element software,the selfvibration characteristics and dynamic response of the spring isolation foundation of the horizontal encrypted turbine spring of the column network were calculated,taking into account the effects of additional mass and condenser,and compared with the rigid base calculation results of the spring isolation device and consistent structure.The low-order frequency of numerical simulation is more consistent with the results of the model test,and the displacement of the disturbance points obtained from the response prediction is slightly different,but it is lower than the standard limit.The results show that the structural design of the horizontal encrypted turbine spring isolation foundation of the column network is safe and conforms to the specification requirements,the spring vibration insulation effect is significant,the basic self-vibration frequency is reduced,the condenser vibration type is simple,the vibration is smooth,and the vibration line displacement is slightly larger than the main structure.
