| The application of open channel intelligent gate equipment has a significant effect on improving the serious waste of water resources in irrigation area.Through continuous learning in recent years,combined with the improvement of their own scientific and technological level,China has gradually mastered the composition structure and control technology core of intelligent gate.In 2014,our research group developed the remote automatic metering intelligent gate control system.However,after a long time of practical application test in some areas,we found that there are still many problems in the existing products.The main problem is the parallel intelligent gate installed in the construction of wide section of open channel.On the one hand,the existing control equipment can not provide better support,and on the other hand,the unreasonable terminal networking mode brings the problems of high network pressure and high overall cost.Therefore,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the control technology of parallel installed gate,and developed a new generation of intelligent gate control system.In the redesign of the new system,the network layout is taken as the breakthrough point.According to the core idea of decentralized control and centralized information,the gate access mode is planned.The parallel installed gates are connected in turn by using the bus topology of CAN communication,so as to reduce the network access points and network burden.At the same time,in the power supply mode of the system,various ways such as solar power supply and special line remote supply are designed to solve the problem of high project cost.In the development process of the core hardware equipment of the intelligent gate system,the STM32F407 is used as the main control chip,and the gate controller suitable for single point and parallel installation of the intelligent gate is designed;the brushless DC motor driver and the low-power terminal display screen with serial communication function are designed with F103 series as the main control chip,respectively The development of the system provides hardware support for the realization of parallel control technology.In the aspect of software development,for the purpose of simple operation on the local terminal display screen of the open channel,the operation interface and control instructions are designed to meet the application control requirements;the water transfer software is developed for the remote dispatching center control platform,and the water transfer app is developed for the mobile phone users.At present,the two functions can realize the remote water transfer function,data management function,real-time monitoring and other functions.As a whole,it improves the remote intelligent control of water diversion.Finally,the application test of the new intelligent gate control system is carried out.The results show that the new intelligent gate controller and remote control software designed for different application scenarios,such as independent installation control and parallel coupling control,reduce the engineering cost of parallel installation node gate,improve the stability of remote monitoring network,replace the new drive mode and display screen module ring It has strong adaptability and certain reliability. |
