In water conservancy projects,gates will be installed at key entrances and exits to complete tasks such as water storage,flood control and irrigation.With the development of science and technology,the control of the gate has gradually changed from manual control to real-time monitoring and automatic control.The gate controller can use the sensors installed around the gate to monitor water flow and dispatch water.The gate controller is the core part of the gate terminal control system.Combining with embedded technology,it is a trend of the current gate control system to design the gate station as a small-sized,simple-to-operate and intelligent control system.This thesis mainly does the following work:In the hardware design,this thesis chooses the 32-bit processor MM32F3277G7 P of domestic Mindmotion Microelectronics Co as the main control chip.The minimum system circuit,power management module,sensor data acquisition module,relay control module,Internet of Things communication module and human-computer interaction module are designed.The controller has the functions of controlling gate lift,data acquisition,humancomputer interaction control,remote intelligent control,and remote upgrade.At the same time,the modeling software SolidWorks is used to design the controller shell in 3D to make the controller more practical.In the software design,this thesis uses embedded real-time operating system and modular programming to develop the software.Make the system support different working modes,including default mode,fixed altitude mode,fixed flow mode,etc.Considering that the controller is usually placed at the remote end,a 4G network is used in the design to realize the wireless connection between the device end and the remote Io T platform,realize remote data monitoring and control,and also realize remote OTA update and upgrade of the controller system.Laboratory and field tests show that the controller basically realizes all the designed functions.The control system can control the lift of the gate locally and remotely,and can also automatically adjust the flow of the canal according to the opening and closing of the gate.The maximum lifting height of the controller meets the actual height requirements of the channel.In terms of remote control,the gate controller uses 4G communication to realize remote control,which has high reliability.
