| With the rapid development of my country’s industry,as a conductor connecting large electrical equipment such as generators and transformers with various electrical devices-busbars have been more widely used,and their demand has also increased day by day.In the production process of the bus bar material,it is necessary to coat both ends of the bar material with insulating tape.At present,this process is basically completed manually,and there are problems such as low production efficiency and unstable winding quality.In order to promote the automation process of busbar material production and solve the above problems,this paper analyzes in detail the production process of a company’s busbar wrapping rubber,systematically studies the busbar wrapping parameters,and develops a high degree of automation,complete functions,and reliable quality.The main research contents of the busbar wrapping machine are as follows:(1)Introduced the production requirements and technical indicators of the busbar rubber winding,understood the busbar specifications and equipment requirements,and designed two schemes of the busbar rubber winding machine.After comparison and selection,the final scheme was determined and the working principle of the scheme was introduced.And technological process.(2)Introduced the bus specifications,production requirements and technical indicators of rubber wrapping equipment,designed two schemes,and determined the final scheme after comparison.The plan adopts a modular design.The whole set of equipment is composed of two modules: a glue wrapping device and a conveying device.The working principle and process flow of the plan are explained.(3)The glue wrapping device is designed in detail.Including mobile platform,shearing mechanism,rotating arm rotating mechanism,brush mechanism,etc.The working principle of rotating arm rotating mechanism is introduced in detail,and its mechanical structure is analyzed and optimized.(4)The conveying device is designed in detail.Including the pushing mechanism,the centering clamping mechanism,the discharging mechanism,the auxiliary clamping mechanism,etc.,the working principle of the conveying mechanism and the selection basis and results of the power source such as cylinders and motors are described in detail.(5)Strength analysis of some load-bearing parts and key components in the busbar rubber wrapping machine.The model built in the 3D modeling software Solidworks is imported into the ANSYS Workbench analysis module,and the static stress analysis function of the Ansys software is used to analyze the strength of these key components to provide a more reliable and comprehensive theoretical analysis basis for the design of the structure.(6)The control process of the whole machine was introduced,the prototype was produced,debugged and trial run,and it has been delivered to the enterprise.The results show that the production efficiency of the equipment is 4 times that of manual labor,and it is equipped with a touch screen for easy operation. |
