In today’s era,as a common means of transportation for people’s production and life,automobile is an indispensable part of people’s life,which brings convenience to people’s life,but the following road traffic safety problems make the government feel more pressure.The appearance of automobile driving simulator can effectively alleviate this situation.Car driving simulator is the simulation of the real car performance,so that the experiencer has a sense of real car operation.The simulator is a kind of equipment with high economic value,high safety factor and saving a lot of resources.How to truly simulate the state of the car in motion,real-time acquisition of various vehicle parameters becomes very important.In order to complete the collection of driving process state and related parameters,and ensure the real-time,accuracy and reliability of these data collection,it is necessary to design a data acquisition system of automobile driving simulator,which has important application value.The data acquisition system of automobile driving simulator is composed of sensor,upper computer,hardware interface circuit and control code.The data acquisition system is to collect the driver’s related driving actions,and process these signals through conversion and conditioning,and finally transmit them to the computer as the initial data calculated by the computer,so as to analyze and evaluate the vehicle motion performance.According to the characteristics of multi-channel data acquisition of automobile driving simulator,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of data acquisition system,and designs a data acquisition system based on stm32f103zet6 microprocessor.The system realizes the acquisition of gear status,throttle status,clutch status,hand brake status,foot brake status,wiper status,lamp status,car lock status and steering wheel status,and communicates with the upper computer through communication protocol to complete the data transmission.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1、 Classify the driving operation signals that need to be collected,and determine the relevant collection methods.2、 According to different acquisition signals,different sensors and the mechanical structure of the corresponding acquisition device are designed.Finally,the circuit schematic diagram of each sensor is designed and the circuit board is made.3、 Hardware circuit design of data acquisition system.According to the function of data acquisition system,the microprocessor chooses stm32f103zet6 chip.Complete the circuit design of the acquisition module of steering wheel status,throttle status,clutch status,hand brake status,foot brake status,wiper status,lamp status,car lock status,gear status,etc.Complete the power system circuit,reset control circuit,system clock circuit,communication protocol interface circuit,download interface circuit and other peripheral circuit design.According to the circuit diagram of each module,the circuit board is made.4、 The software structure design of data acquisition system.The acquisition module program and serial communication program are written in C language,and the upper computer program is written in C # language to complete the corresponding function settings.5、 The collected operation data is debugged by serial port and verified by upper computer.The experimental results show that the data acquisition system has the advantages of fast acquisition speed,high accuracy and high real-time performance,which achieves the expected data acquisition effect and enables the operators to experience the real vehicle operation.
