| Under a series of backgrounds such as the country’s vigorous development of a green circular economy,the construction of a strong transportation country,the implementation of the "Yangtze River Economic Belt" strategy and the "Belt and Road" initiative,inland water transportation with many advantages such as large volume,low cost,and low emissions has ushered in New development opportunities.Containers are one of the main types of cargo transported by inland waterway transportation.In recent years,containers have continued to grow rapidly,and multimodal transport is also constantly developing.In recent years,the Ministry of Transport has vigorously promoted multimodal container transportation,and direct results such as river-sea direct transportation and iron-water combined transportation have been achieved.Due to the importance of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the huge demand for containers,the existing transportation organization methods cannot exert its scale effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to formulate a scientific,reasonable and low-cost container transportation organization plan for the middle reaches of the river.To this end,this dissertation conducts related research work,mainly as follows:First,based on the container transport organization in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,it focuses on the analysis of routes,transportation tools,transport organization conditions and transportation costs,and points out the existing problems.Second,it explains the ideas and methods of container transportation demand forecasting based on four stages The method predicts the OD demand for container transport in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2020 to 2030 from the two links of traffic generation and traffic distribution;again,the two stages of traffic sharing and traffic distribution are merged.According to the systematic,efficient and economical In principle,based on the existing transportation organization,design the container transportation organization plan for the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2020 to 2030,and construct a planning model in three stages,build a dual-target planning model in the transportation route optimization stage,and build a transportation mode optimization stage.1 Planning model,a single-objective planning model is constructed at the stage of transportation optimization;finally,by analyzing and comparing different optimization algorithms,a hybrid optimization algorithm of adaptive ant colony algorithm and tabu search algorithm is selected,and an optimization suitable for solving multi-stage planning models is designed.The algorithm finally came to the middle of the Yangtze River from 2020 to 2030 Optimal container transport organization scheme of each line area.The research of the paper provides a set of container transportation organization optimization methods that integrate transportation volume forecasting,transportation organization plan design,optimization model construction,and optimization algorithm solution,etc.,which enriches relevant research in this field,and the research conclusions can be within the next ten years The development of container ships in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River provides certain reference and reference.In addition,the thesis research is conducive to supporting the implementation of a number of national strategies,further improving our inland river container transportation network and reducing social logistics costs,and helping transport companies choose container transportation organization optimization programs. |
