Container transportation is the development direction of modern logistics industry,which has the characteristics of green,environmental protection,safety,high efficiency,fast and so on.It is an important direction of the development of railway freight and modern logistics.With China's economy entering the new normal and focusing on quality rather than quantity,significant changes have taken place in the transportation demand structure of the whole society.The declining trend of railway bulk cargo transportation demand,mainly for coal and ore,has gradually emerged,while the increasing demand for bulk non coal cargo transportation has brought severe challenges to railway transportation.Under the condition that the railway transportation capacity is close to saturation,the bulk cargo based transportation organization mode can not fully meet the freight market demand,especially the scattered non coal cargo market transportation,resulting in the growth of railway freight volume is significantly lower than the overall growth level of social logistics,and the market share drops year by year.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of container baoshen railway system and improve the development of container transportation,thereby increasing the transportation efficiency of container transport package god,increase its volume and market share,the thesis embarks from the domestic and foreign current situation of the development of railway container transportation,analyzes the baoshen railway container transport system environment,to the package container system boundary is studied,on the premise of guarantee operation safety,put forward to enhance the efficiency of container transport organization as the breakthrough point of the optimization research.The specific contents are as follows:Based on the research background,this thesis introduces the development status of container transportation at home and abroad.Starting from the technical conditions of the container transport infrastructure of baoshen railway,the basic situation of baoshen railway is introduced.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the container handling station of baoshen railway,the improvement measures are made for the existing problems,and the construction plan of aobaogou logistics park is put forward.At the same time,the matching scheme of baoshen railway is analyzed.A brief analysis of the transport capacity of baoshen railway shows that the current transport capacity is surplus.Based on this premise,this thesis analyzes the current situation of baoshen railway container transportation organization from five aspects: operation management,loading organization,transportation organization,freight rate systemconstruction and information system construction,and finds out the shortcomings of the current situation.Taking the efficiency of transportation organization as the optimization objective,this thesis proposes a series of optimization measures for the existing deficiencies from the aspects of optimizing the preparation of operation chart,improving the level of dispatch and command,reducing the dwell time of transit operations,optimizing the configuration and application of shunting locomotives,and scientific layout of container handling stations.On the basis of the measures to optimize the container transportation organization,the Delphi method is used to build the transportation organization evaluation system,the AHP entropy method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and compare the effect of the transportation organization before and after the optimization,so as to verify the feasibility of the container transportation organization optimization scheme proposed in this thesis.
