Research On Design Management Of Large-scale Cruise Ship Exterior Design

With the rise of China’s comprehensive national strength and the continuous exploration of marine culture,the independent construction of large-scale cruise has started,and the research on the exterior modeling of large-scale cruise arises at the historic moment.Under this background,based on the basic research on the relevant theoretical system of design management,combined with the present situation of large-scale cruise exterior design,this study proposes the exterior design methods which can be used in the construction of independent large-scale cruise in our country,and takes this as the basis for in-depth research to form the management system of large-scale cruise exterior design so that the core competitiveness of large-scale cruise exterior design can be improve in our country.This research is based on the idea of "Finding-Analyzing-Solving " research model.Found the problems(Chapter 1),according to the research background of the paper,the domestic and foreign large-scale cruise exterior design status and design management status,the research purpose and significance are obtained,the problems existing in the appearance design management of large-scale cruise in our country at the present stage are raised,and then the basic ideas and technical route of this research are listed.Analysis the problems(Chapter 2/3/4).At this stage,based on the basic research of design management theory,this paper summarizes the design management system and basic principles,defines the object level of design management system: design decision-making,design organization and design projects,and expounds the necessity and inevitability of design management system in the design process of large-scale cruise appearance.Secondly,the basic theory and practice of large-scale cruise exterior design are studied,the basic program of large-scale cruise exterior design project is understood,and the subdivision steps in the design stage are analyzed.By comparing different types of design engineering projects and summarizing the key points of design project management,this paper compares the key points of design management with the design management of large-scale cruise,obtains the research focus of design management of large cruise ships,and then obtains the management system framework of design management of large-scale cruise.To solve the problem(Chapter 5/6/7),based on the results of the above research,the design project of large-scale cruise appearance was studied in stages.This paper discusses the elements of design management for the whole life cycle of large-scale cruise exterior styling design project.Starting from the preparation of the preliminary design regulations and design management plan,the possible problems faced by large-scale cruise exterior styling design at the start-up and planning stages are considered as comprehensively as possible,and the avoidance and solutions are proposed.According to: preliminary design,detailed design and production design,subdivide the design stages,point out the problems that will be encountered in each subdivision stage,and set forth the solutions to the problems at the level of design management personnel.Based on the overall control of the project,this paper proposes how to supervise whether the design project goes smoothly as planned,and how to correct and complete the design task on time.Through coordination with shipbuilding enterprises,the standardized output of drawings is achieved,thus the appearance modeling scheme is implemented,and the proportion of aesthetic factors in large-scale cruise appearance modeling design projects is increased.As far as possible,this paper covers the key links in the design management of large-scale cruise’s appearance and modeling,dividing the development of large-scale cruise’s appearance and modeling design management into three management stages of "design management prophase","design management metaphase" and "design management anaphase",and subdividing the three stages into four processes based on engineering project management: "starting process","planning process","design process" and "construction docking process".The research results are expected to provide some theoretical basis for subsequent researchers.
