| For modern ships,its vibration characteristics and hydrodynamic noise characteristics are of great significance.The analysis and processing of the signal can not only improve the comfort of the ship itself,improve its structural fatigue strength and structure design,but also locate the noise source,and make a great contribution to the ship’s vibration and noise reduction.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the concept of green ships,the requirements of the IMO in the field of ship vibration and noise reduction have become higher and higher.Based on this,research on the analysis and processing technology of ship vibration and noise signals has also increased.Processing technology has also developed and applied rapidly.In the field of ship vibration reduction and noise reduction,the processing and analysis of vibration and noise signals are very important.It can provide a reliable analysis basis and huge information support for ship vibration reduction and noise reduction,so that the ship can be based on the relevant analysis results.Various design optimizations are performed to better meet industrial needs.The content of this dissertation comes from the actual requirements of the ship’s vibration and noise signal processing,focusing on solving the deficiencies in the actual engineering test process that the company uses the Pulse system.The main content includes the secondary development using Matlab according to requirements,and a set of ship vibration and noise test data analysis system is established.Contains a variety of commonly used algorithms for vibration and noise signal processing.It can not only design settings for windowing,overlap ratio,spectrum type,amplitude type,etc.according to the analysis process of Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),but also realize vibration Noise signal processing,including frequency spectrum analysis,sound pressure level analysis,A-weighted analysis,1/3 octave analysis,etc.The results of the analysis can be represented by appropriate two-dimensional curve diagrams and threedimensional waterfall diagrams.At the same time,it deeply researched the functional structure level of the Pulse system,and developed the Pulse data interface to convert unreadable pls format files into readable txt format files,which laid the foundation for data processing.And the secondary development of Word2010 through VSTO-related technologies has realized the function of automatically generating related reports,which can reasonably store the test results for invocation and meet the actual needs of enterprises.In addition,according to engineering requirements,a data mining fault diagnosis module was developed based on the Pulse system to fully utilize and expand the data collection function of the Pulse system,embed data mining technology into the ship vibration and noise test data analysis system,and use data mining technology to Find useful data from the large amount of data accumulated by the system and perform effective analysis,find models and trends in the data set,study the causes of ship machinery and equipment failures and abnormalities,so that people can predict problems in advance and predict,diagnose and Emergency treatment provides effective decision support and solutions. |
