Wujiang is one of the main carriers of Guizhou Province’s integration into the Yangtze River Economic Belt.At present,the construction of the Wujiang River in Guizhou Province from the 500 tons class to the 1000 tons class channel expansion and other projects has been put on the agenda.The 1000-ton navigable facilities of the Wujiang hub to be built are planned to adopt the combination of ship lock-navigable tunnel and ship lift,and the scale is limited.Therefore,to improve the traffic efficiency of this restricted channel and to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the combined hub has become one of the keys to improve the ship’s transportation efficiency and the hub’s passing capacity,and then the Wujiang main stream’s passing capacity.The passing ships of the Wujiang navigable tunnel is directly related to the cargo ship type and the mode of operation used,and the choice of ship operation mode is also related to the parameters of the ship type and navigation performance,the construction parameters of the navigable tunnel,etc.and the construction of the tunnel parameters are also subject to factors such as project construction cost and construction conditions.Therefore,we must study the ship type and the applicable operation mode of the navigable tunnel based on the coordinated development of the transport ship type and navigable facilities.Ships passing through the Wujiang navigable tunnel should consider future ship type of the Wujiang 1000-ton channel.The performance of the passing ship is related to the parameters of the tunnel to be built,and the safety of the operation of the ship in the restrictive channel cannot be ignored.The comparison and selection of ship operation modes should take into account such factors as cargo ship,combined navigable facilities,ecological environment,and engineering construction.However,most of the traditional ship type demonstration methods are aimed at the established navigable conditions,and rarely consider the operational safety of ships in restrictive channels;the current relevant evaluation indicators rarely involve engineering construction elements,and the quantification of ship traffic efficiency is mainly aimed at a single navigable facility.For this purpose,this article considers the relationship between the ship’s performance and the size of the tunnel to be built in the ship type demonstration,and introduces the relevant requirements for ship handling safety.When building the index system of ship operation mode comparison,considers the construction elements of the project to be built and uses a simulation model to determine attribute values of key indicators.Finally,carries out comparison and selection of ship operation modes of Wujiang navigable tunnel under under uncertain conditions.Firstly,this article describes the background,purpose,and significance of the paper.Based on the analysis of the current situation and planning of the navigable environment of the Wujiang River,based on the perspective of the cooperation between the cargo ship types and the navigable facilities,introduces the safety requirements of ship navigation in the tunnel to demonstrate the scales of Wujiang 1000-ton bulk carriers and container ships in the future.Secondly,after feasibility analysis,ship selfpropelled and towing are preliminarily screened out,and then the new idea and the improved method for comparison and selection of ship operation modes of the Wujiang navigable tunnel are proposed,on this basis,the index system for comparison and selection is clarified and the quantitative methods of each index are clarified.And then,using Anylogic as the development platform,a simulation model of the ship traffic efficiency of the combined navigable facilities is established and its effectiveness is verified.An evaluation method for comparison and selection of ship operation modes based on AHP-VIKOR is proposed.Finally,based on the above results,the two ship operation modes of navigable tunnel(ship self-propelled and towing)are compared,and the effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified.The conclusions can provide a reference for the construction of the Wujiang Waterway expansion project.
