Abstract/Summary:
With the economic and social development of our country,the consumption of oil and gas resources is also increasing,so it is very important to strengthen the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas resources in the South China Sea.As a kind of oil and gas exploitation platform,Spar platform is of great significance to the research and development of oil and gas exploitation equipment in China.At present,there are many researches on its motion characteristics,for example,the application of swing plate greatly reduces the swing motion of Spar platform,and the application of spiral plate effectively reduces the vortex motion.However,this is limited to the partial study of the platform,and does not form a complete system design process.In this paper,by collecting a lot of data,according to the design requirements,first collate the specifications,through the comparison of the various classification society norms,select the appropriate specifications first to carry out the standard calculation,initially give the structure size of the platform,then through the given environmental conditions,determine the environmental load,and finally carry out the strength check and fatigue calculation of the platform.This paper mainly studies the requirements of the ABS and DNV specifications for the platform,comparing their respective characteristics: ABS specifications are more flexible than DNV specifications,its design requirements based on the WSD method are more in line with the conventional structural design practice;on the other hand,according to the previous design practice of the SPAR platform,but also based on the requirements of the ABS code.Therefore,this paper mainly selects the ABS specification as the main design analysis basis,and at the same time refers to the DNV specification and some specific requirements in the API standard in some specific analysis requirements,checking methods.In this paper,using DEEPC software and time domain calculation method,the maximum inclination angle of anchor chain load and platform are calculated respectively,and this anchor chain load and maximum inclination angle are applied to the structural model as initial load;the structural strength is checked by WADAM software;and the fatigue strength of nodes prone to fatigue is checked by SYSTRA software.To sum up,this paper forms a complete set of design ideas including standardIn conclusion,this paper forms a complete set of design ideas,including standard calculation,environmental load calculation,structural strength and fatigue strength check,which lays a solid foundation for future practical projects.
