In the development process of gas turbine model,people from different fields are required to participate in it.People from different fields have different understanding levels of the model.Therefore,a unified standard system is needed.All participants in the model development process must be considered in a unified manner to ensure that people with different professional backgrounds can participate.In the process of model development,the final result can meet the initial requirements,avoid repetitive development processes,and improve modeling efficiency.It is proposed to use Model-Based Systems Engineering(MBSE)to build a unified and standardized modeling system.Under this system,the development of the gas turbine model architecture is carried out.A gas turbine simulation model was established under constraints.The Arcadia method is selected as the development process of the gas turbine model architecture.In the modeling platform implemented by the MBSE method,a domain-specific modeling language metamodel library suitable for the development of gas turbine model architecture is constructed by using the GOPPRR meta-metamodel.This formal modeling language is used to describe each link of the model architecture design.Ensure the consistency of understanding of model information among people in different fields.In the process of establishing the model architecture,a metamodel-based architecture-driven algorithm is designed to establish the traceability relationship between the models,which can achieve a dynamic response to the initial requirements.According to the content of model architecture model expression,the design code generation algorithm is automatically transformed into simulation model framework,which provides guidance for the establishment of simulation model.Taking 300 MW F-class gas turbine as the object,the simulation model is established based on performance simulation requirements and control requirements respectively.The simulation results show that the MBSEbased modeling system is correct and can realize the dynamic response to the requirements,and the mechanism to improve the model development efficiency is given from the perspective of model reuse.
