As the foundation of automobile industry,auto parts manufacturers have great development potential.The hidden dangers of environmental risks in the production process will lead to the occurrence of environmental accidents and seriously hinder the development of enterprises.As a general manufacturing industry,the potential environmental risks of auto parts manufacturers are often ignored.Some of them have low level management with less senior staff are likely to face with any kinds of accidents.This paper introduces the technology involved in auto parts manufacturers which analyzis the consequences of leakage,fire and explosion accidents caused by potential environmental risks.By using the Environmental risk receptor sensitivity,Ratio of mass to critical mass of hazardous substances,Production process control and environmental risk control level to classify the environmental risk of enterprises.Moreover,it introduces the concept of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)into environmental risk management and combines it with environmental risk assessment process by establishing a FMEA analysis system based on the concepts of sudden environmental events and risk accidents.It also analyzes the potential development risks depending on the priority improvement method of FMEA measures proposed by the automobile industry.The method first focuses on severity,then occurrence,and detection last.This study utilizes the Action Priorit of FMEA,which can effectively avoid the problem caused by the traditional analysis method that has equal weight to the three parameters in order to obtain action priority of risk measures.It points out the defects in high risk management and proposes revised version correspondingly in order to help enterprises improve environmental risk management and development.The research results can be used to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the environmental risk assessment and management of auto parts industry.
