| With the development of Chinese economy and the increase of household consumption level,cars will become the standard of a family.The increase of market demands has promoted the development of domestic vehicle enterprises,and also promoted the development of auto parts.But opportunity is always with the challenge,during the development of automotive parts,there are always risks from market,financial,technology,quality,delivery,etc.Evaluating these risks scientifically and providing effective support for decision-makers to make sure the auto projects success.In this paper,project risk management related theories are introduced first,and the methods of project risk management are described in detail,it includes risk identification,risk assessment and risk handing.Based on the development of automotive parts and components project of D enterprise,“D” company’s five development stages(New project approval,proof of design concept,design verification,process validation and start of production)for automotive projects are introduced.Combined with the research results of the existing literature on the development of auto parts project,the risk of the project development,6 primary risk factors and 35 secondary risk variables are identified systematically.On the basis of the study and research above,in order to further confirm project risk issues,a survey questionnaire was designed.Study was done to the “D” company’s automotive part project development related personnel.Through statistical analysis,6 primary risk factors and 19 secondary items were identified.Risk factors serve as risk indicators for parts project development.Considering the characteristics of the project risk indicators,the fuzz comprehensive evaluation was chosen,and a risk assessment model was established.The purpose of the proposed model is to increase the successful rate of projects and evaluate project risks.To verify the feasibility of the proposed risk assessment model,two actual cases of “D” company were selected.Case results prove that project risk assessment model can help the decision-makers to evaluate project risks systematically and support decision making effectively.And the result of this study and research showed that the risk factors that “D” company should pay attention to in their automotive parts development projects.It is of great significance for companies to scientifically and rationally select and develop projects. |
