| In recent years,with the development of society and the increase of population,more and more cities are facing severe water shortage problems,and there is an urgent need to develop new drinking water sources.However,China’s current relevant laws,regulations and technical standards only put forward partial requirements for the selection of drinking water source and subsequent protection projects,and have not formed a complete system.In this paper,the construction of the second drinking water source in Guanghan City is taken as an example.From the two aspects of the drinking water source selection evaluation system and water pollution monitoring management system,it combines relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of the river basin.Research on the safety guarantee system of river drinking source water.Suggestions are put forward for the source water areas and the establishment of security system.The main research results are as follows.(1)Four criteria layers and eight assessment layers of water quality,environmental risk,environmental management,and construction and operation costs were selected to build an evaluation system.The weight of the evaluation system was calculated by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Method.Survey the water quality,water yield,land-use type,distribution of pollution sources,and distribution of environmental risk sources.Two pending water intakes in Guanghan City were selected.After calculation,we get the best scheme.The water quality of this scheme is excellent,and it is also the best choice from the perspective of environmental management and construction and operation costs.(2)The pollution sources and water quality detection results in the river basin were analyzed.Combined with relevant laws and regulations,suggestions are put forward for the pollution prevention and control.The monitoring sections are classified according to different functions.The method of control the key pollution indicators,the plan of monitoring point arrangement and monitoring frequency are given.Based on the division of the environmental protection area,a monitoring section layout plan was designed.According to the water supply capacity of the water source,the corresponding detection frequency of different monitoring indicators is designed.Suggestions on pollution control from four aspects: industrial pollution source,domestic pollution source,agricultural pollution source and mobile pollution source.(3)Based on the watershed data and the monitored water pollution data,the fault tree analysis method is used to calculate the source that may cause the pollution.In this case,the most likely causes of pollution are accidental discharge,sneaking discharge and insufficient sewage treatment capacity.Suggestions are put forward for the follow-up investigation of pollution sources and the methods of pollution source locating in the future are discussed. |
