Analysis Of Agricultural Park Planning Based On Regional Characteristics ——Take The Characteristic Agricultural Park Of Gulou Town In Hechuan District As An Example

As a large agricultural country,the rapid development of agriculture is an important link to promote China’s economic progress.With the vigorous promotion of ecological civilization construction,the agricultural industrial structure is constantly being optimized and adjusted.Compared with traditional leisure agriculture,agricultural parks have rich regional characteristics,can improve the local rural landscape to a certain extent,directly promote the development of agriculture and tourism in the region,and promote the harmonious integration of urban and rural areas.At present,a lot of attempts have been made in the construction of agricultural parks in China,showing many excellent cases and gaining many successful experiences,but at the same time,various problems have also been exposed,such as similar landscapes,lack of features and waste of resources.Therefore,how to realize the sustainable development of agricultural parks through rational planning and layout is a topic worthy of in-depth study and discussion.In this paper,firstly,the development background and related concepts of agricultural parks with regional characteristics are determined and analyzed,the problems in the development of agricultural parks are summarized,and the planning and design methods of agricultural parks are studied to provide theoretical basis for the planning of characteristic agricultural parks in Gu Lou Town,Hechuan District.Secondly,the excellent cases of agricultural parks at home and abroad are analyzed in terms of park location,planning and layout,characteristic advantages,etc.,and the successful experience is summarized,which provides an example reference for the planning of characteristic agricultural parks in Gu Lou Town,Hechuan District.Thirdly,the basic conditions of characteristic agricultural parks in Gu Lou Town are summarized and SWOT analysis is made,and it is concluded that opportunities and challenges coexist in developing agricultural parks in Gu Lou Town,Hechuan District,and the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.Finally,this paper puts forward some solutions to the shortcomings in the planning and design of the characteristic agricultural park in Gu Lou Town,Hechuan District,and concludes that the characteristic agricultural park in Gu Lou Town is more suitable for the layout of "one axis,three corridors,one ring,five districts and multiple nodes".
