Study On The Settlement Space Renewal Of Linpan In Western Sichuan Plain From The Perspective Of Community Construct And Management

Linpan in Chengdu Plain is a typical traditional rural settlement form in the Chengdu Plain area,and is a regional traditional settlement heritage in Chengdu.In the process of urbanization in recent years,Linpan in Chengdu Plain has gradually integrated into modern residential concepts and community forms.Studying the contemporary expression and renewal strategy of traditional Linpan village settlements is the current priority of the Chengdu Plain human settlement environment.Exploring the construction of the Linpan community in Chengdu Plain is the best way to solve these priorities.Therefore,this paper conducts research from three aspects: first,literature review and research on the relevant theories of community building and traditional settlement updating through literature analysis,and analysis of typical cases to sort out the application of community building in the application of traditional settlement updating The theoretical basis summarizes the three main points of application,including the spatial pattern divided into spatial pattern,spatial hierarchy,and spatial scale,and the spatial function that meets physiological needs,social needs,and spiritual needs,as well as including the atmosphere of neighborhood interaction,sense of regional belonging,The spatial atmosphere of the historical and cultural atmosphere;the second part is to understand the space formation factors and spatial structure of traditional forest settlements through data collection and on-site investigation methods,and summarizes the traditional forest settlements are hierarchical and isomorphic in terms of spatial form The characteristics of stability and scale livability are characterized by functional complexity,space publicity,and balance of production and residence in terms of spatial function.In terms of spatial atmosphere,it has a local sense of locality,a harmonious neighborhood atmosphere,a regional cultural atmosphere,and a sense of belonging to the domain.The characteristics of it have the potential and conditions for community development;the third part is to select the Pidu District of Chengdu as the research object to study the current situation of forest settlements,and to understand the life and spirit of residents through field surveys,questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews.Demand and tourists’ views,using chart analysis to analyze the data results,summarize the status quo from the three aspects of spatial form,spatial function,and spatial atmosphere,and compare the traditional forest disk settlement with the updated forest disk community by comparative analysis method,and propose to update in the space Focusing on integrity,enriching spatial levels,grasping the spatial scale,cultivating spatial function complexness in spatial functions,focusing on the creation of public spaces,maintaining the balance between production and residence,and creating a local local cultural atmosphere in the spatial atmosphere,and restoring the sense of belonging in the spatial field Click the corresponding strategy.
