The Research Of New Rural Community External Public Space In Chengdu Plain

Vigorously promoting the construction of new socialist countryside is the fundamental way to solve the "three rural" issue and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,is the important initiative stostrengthen the construction of rural material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization. Eeonomic conditions in rural areas of China are generally backward,the development foundation is relatively poor,the availability of resourees and faetors are limited. Therefore,how to comprehensively research and take advantage of local natural geographical environment resourees,economicl evel,the regional environment,traditional cultural basement,development opportunities and avariety of other factors,and scientifieally and reasonably determine its development path and planning strategy are the key points of the new rural Planning issues. Nowdays architecture,soeiology,psyehology,behavior research are highly developed,as building users,"Person" gets much attention by the designers in today’s society,and be carried out a series of studies by researchers using theories relevant to" Person". This article is based on this background, discussing the construction of external rural public space in the ChengDu plain under the new period of time.In the past, the ChengDu plain has a superior natural conditions, developed agriculture, rich products, and known as the land of abundance. In the ChengDu plain, there are a lot of villages and rural population, the task of new rural construction is a difficult job. Designing friendly, Praetieal and beautiful external rural public space for people based on the theory of environmental behaviour, ereating and maintaining a safe and eomfortable living environment on the reasonable cost, would be a meaningful career.It is necessiry and feasible to do the revelant research about creating the enviroriment of external rural public space.This paper focus on the classification of external rural public space in the ChengDu plain, based on past research results in new rural areas in China, and using observation to investigate the present environmental conditions of the various external public space. Next, combining with the investigation, this paper studied the space system and space characteristics of the external rural public space in the ChengDu plain. And according to the research of space, the author investigated the environmental behavior and psychology of the new rural community residents in the ChengDu plain, who were in the external rural public space. Using the theory of environment—behavior analysis, adopting the way of behavior map and interview, collecting the data of environmental behavior and the situation of using, satisfaction and opinion to the external public space, exploring the best environment of external public space in the best cases, satisfing the new rural residents’s demand of the safety, regionality, privacy, comfort and the social communicative purpose, raising the strategies of space Planning and landscape design, for example, the selection of location, space layout, facilities configuration, the creation of the landscape,and so on. The purpose is to explore how to better use and develop the past traditional experience, how to adopt the new design strategies to create satisfactory external public space environment for new rural community residents in the ChengDu plain. The author hope this strategies will be helpful to the new countryside planning in the future. Finally, this paper verify the validity of the results based on the empirical study.
