With the acceleration of urbanization and the transformation of urban life style,greenway has become one of the effective ways to solve the problems of urban life.At present,Chengdu is striving to build a beautiful and livable Park City with Tianfu greenway as the vein.By August 2019,Tianfu greenway has accumulated 2934 kilometers.After the completion of the greenway demonstration section,it has attracted the attention of Chengdu residents.Due to the factors such as traffic facilities,geographical location,life rhythm,etc.,the greenway built along the road is now used with high intensity.In China,the exploration of road type greenway is relatively scarce,which is mostly included in the research system of urban greenway,without targeted research.Therefore,this paper hopes to use the combination of post evaluation theory and greenway to further improve the construction level of the road type Greenway in the central city of Chengdu.In this paper,three typical greenways,panda greenway,Jinjiang greenway and Guanghua greenway,are studied by post use evaluation.Combined with Maslow’s demand principle,AHP and FCE,the paper establishes the evaluation model,evaluates comprehensively and analyzes the differences,and optimizes the design strategy.The conclusion is as follows:(1)Based on the needs of users,the post use evaluation system of the road type Greenway in the central urban area of Chengdu is constructed.Based on Maslow’s demand principle,this paper summarizes six common needs of Greenway users: safety,accessibility,comfort,functionality,aesthetics and experience,which are taken as the first level evaluation factors.By using AHP and expert inquiry,25 secondary evaluation factors,such as crossing facilities,separation of people and vehicles,public security maintenance,are determined,and the weight values of the factors are analyzed and sorted.The results showed that: functionality(0.2466)> safety(0.2318)> Comfort(0.1651)> aesthetics(0.1418)> experience(0.1155)> accessibility(0.0993).(2)Three greenways were evaluated qualitatively.To understand the current situation and use mode of Greenway Construction,and to interview with greenway tourists,maintainers and managers,to understand the characteristics of Greenway from different perspectives,the needs of people to use it,so as to summarize the successes and shortcomings of Chengdu Road type greenway,and provide the basis for the promotion strategy in the future.(3)Three greenways were evaluated quantitatively.Using the established model,combined with the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,the comprehensive satisfaction of the three greenways is obtained,which are panda greenway(3.847),Jinjiang greenway(3.879)and Guanghua greenway(3.379),indicating that users are basically satisfied with the construction of greenway.At the same time,the evaluation factors with lower scores are obtained: lighting facilities(2.977),barrier free facilities(3.314),service facilities(3.345),signage guidance(3.416),signage warning(3.419),which should be paid attention to in the construction of greenway.Through the correlation analysis of evaluation factors,it is found that functional evaluation factors have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction evaluation value,while comfort evaluation factors have a weak impact on the overall satisfaction evaluation value.Users pay more attention to the factors that are easy to cause changes in activities,but pay less attention to the fixed environment such as air quality and acoustic environment,which can improve the satisfaction of Greenway more quickly in improving the functional factors of greenway.(4)Combined with directional evaluation and quantitative evaluation,the improvement design strategy of urban road type greenway for users’ needs is obtained.The research mainly discusses from six aspects of safety,accessibility,comfort,functionality,aesthetics and experience,optimizes the existing problems of the built greenway,and summarizes the factors with high evaluation of the built Greenway for future Greenway Construction Plan for reference.
