Study Of Greenway Planning And Constuction Outside The3rd Ring Rd Of Chengdu Based On Users’ Satisfaction

After the Pearl River Delta greenways were constructed, many greenways, which provide public with green open spaces for outdoor leisure activities and green transportation, sprung up in China. From September,2010, Chengdu began to plan the greenway net, and until2013, greenways in13cities and stricts have been planned or constructed. As the construction of some of the greenways, their benefits of environment, economy and society showed up. But as a part of open space,lots of greenways don’t play their due role in citizen’s life because for lack of expierence. Greenway construction and utilization are still in the exploratory period in China, researches related with greenway construction are very little. Do constructions mindlessly may lead the waste of environment resources and the decline of landscape attractiveness, the low satisfaction of the greenway users. So it is essential to research users’ satisfaction degree of completed greenway, provideing theoretical basis and support for the planning and construction of greenway.The theories foundation of this paper is total satisfaction theory and perception performance theory. Then under these theories, develop questionnaires of users’satisfaction in Chengdu greenway combine the analyze of documents and the characteristics of Chengdu greenway and its users. Then choose greenway case in Chengdu to do study across questionnaires. On the base of the analyze of Chengdu greenway existing condition, this paper make the description analyze of the characteristic of users, the characteristic and index of users’action of questionnaires of users’ satisfaction in Chengdu greenway. By those, this paper find that there are5problems in greenway construction. This paper select the main influence factors by letter analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, These factors are environment quality, accessibility, entertainment, supporting facilities and service facilities, environment benefit. The most important factor is environment quality, then the accessibility, entertainment, supporting facilities and service facilities, environment benefit. At last, on the base of the Chengdu greenway case study, this paper render some advices to optimize greenway, to provide a reference of greenway construction in future.
