With the economic growth rate of Liaoning province declines significantly, the power demand grows slowly and excess supply appears in grid. However, Liaoning's geographical location and climate needs a lot of heating in winter, so, objectively,heating units accounted for a high proportion of installed capacity, more than 70% of the total thermal power units. The power plant unit with the peak load capacity occupies 3%. at the same time, the Liaoning power grid and area power grid contact is limited, unable to provide more power space to peaking and renewable energy acceptance. Load, power structure and network structure and other factors led directly to the renewable energy consumptive capacity of Liaoning power grid in embarrassment. Therefore, research work of how to improve the Liaoning power grid wind power capacity is carried out in this article as follows.Firstly, the output power difference of wind farm in three different regions is analyzed, and in the perspective of time and space, the characteristics of a number of wind power output fluctuation in Liaoning power grid is analyzed, it summarizes the specific power output characteristics of wind farm group.Secondly, through analysing the effect of Liaoning wind power characteristics and the wind power unit group scale on Liaoning power grid, a mathematical model to calculate the peak load capacity of power network is built. Combined with the prediction method of maximum load and the minimum load, the peak coefficient, the wind power acceptance ability evaluation index is determined; The wind power time series production simulation model is constructed, and the wind power acceptance capability of Liaoning power grid is evaluated according to the historical data test and sensitivity analysis.Thirdly, according to the serious actual problems in grid abandoned wind phenomenon, the use of multi coupling energy comprehensive utilization technology of wind power hydrogen storage is studied and proposed. Energy transfer and transformation of multi energy coupling system by using macroscopic energy method,to formulate the corresponding energy flow management strategies.Finally, combined with the scheduling experience, the measures and proposals for enhancing the wind power capacity in Liaoning power grid wind power operation management is summarized and provided.
