Energy supply facilities for electric vehicles are the cornerstone of the application and promotion.In expanding electric vehicle market demand, how to establish and improve the efficiency of charging for electricity networks, is a big boost development.In the article, charging is viewed as a whole for electric service network. The paper analyzed user’s driving characteristics of different types of vehicles, built the best matching pattern for electric cars and charging facilities and built the charging load calculation model. According to the existing domestic electrical facilities charge for advice, the infrastructure costs, battery costs, operating expenses and distribution station costs was established as a comprehensive consideration,building centralized economic model of charging stations. On this basis, considering the user’ convenience and economic as the goal and grid reliability as constraints to establish a complete network of charging for electric models.Considering the model and local optimization algorithm+multi-point stochastic global search strategy=most effective global optimization algorithm. The PSO algorithm based on the weighted Voronoi diagram was proposed to solve the problem. Voronoi diagram was used to improve the global search ability and avoid falling into local optimal situation. Particle swarm optimization was used to avoid the complexity of the initial population and improve processing speed. Weighted partitions was used to distinguish different size distribution stations and filling station and enhance the accuracy of the algorithm.In the example, the proposed model and algorithm was applied to H City.The analysis of optimization results of typical connection mode verified the scientificity and effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm.
