Research On The Public Space Environment Of Ancient City Based On Environmental Behavior

Pingyao ancient city is a world cultural heritage with a history of more than 2800 years.In the process of urban history,the military defense function of the ancient city wall has gradually changed to an open and pluralistic role,becoming an important space interface for communication and interaction inside and outside the ancient city.Due to the macro background of the architectural history and space protection of the ancient city,the main activity places of the residents in the ancient city gradually extend from the streets of the old city to the entrances and exits of the city wall or the space outside the city wall,forming a whole pattern of taking the old city-the location of the ancient city as the core,the joint development of the new city and the integration of the new and the old.On the basis of meeting their own material security,the residents of the ancient city put forward higher requirements and expectations for the natural ecology and livable environment.Yingxun Park,as an important public space in the integrated development pattern of new and old urban areas in the county,is an important place for the residents of the ancient city to carry out outdoor activities,It shows the great vitality of space development,and the design quality of existing public space environment needs to be further improved.How to meet the high-level needs of residents through the environmental design of the public space of the ancient city,realize the environmental guidance of users’ activities,stimulate the vitality of the ancient city space,and promote the sustainable development of the city and its public space and the promotion of regional culture,is an important problem facing the development of the historical and cultural city.Based on the relationship between human and space environment from the perspective of environmental behavior,this paper analyzes the spatial layout of Pingyao ancient city and the changes of residents’ behavior activities,deduces the importance of Yingxun Park in the public space system of Pingyao ancient city,and carries out the research and Analysis on the space environment of Yingxun Park and its users,including the base conditions,the environment of the park and the users This paper analyzes the traffic accessibility of the park and its surrounding road system,the existing function division within the park,the behavior types and behavior characteristics of different users,understands the space demand and satisfaction of users,and summarizes the current problems.By learning from excellent cases of public space environment design at home and abroad,this paper aims to explore and study how to improve the quality of public space in the ancient city,To promote the interaction between human and natural ecology,space environment design strategy to provide directional suggestions,carry out the design practice of Yingxun park.
