| With the stimulation of the national urbanization, the "second child" policy and other external factors, the demand for kindergartens is increasing everywhere, and many private kindergartens are springing up,but the irregular design of kindergartens is still the focus of the society.Children are the starting point of life and an important stage of character cultivation and intellectual enlightenment.Kindergarten carries most of the growing time of children, and its public activity space is particularly important, which is where children experience fun and social interaction.Nowadays, the high-density kindergarten environment makes it difficult for children to have personal space.Although the hardware and facilities of the space have been significantly improved, most of them are floating on the surface of interior decoration, without considering the psychological and behavioral characteristics of children.Still from the perspective of adults to create space, trying to use the most simple way to meet the design specifications. In addition, many kindergartens do not pay attention to the core concept of modern preschool education, and interfere with children’s psychological behavior too much, which is not conducive to children’s subjective initiative. So,how to construct a kindergarten public activity space suitable for children’s psychology and behavior?Under this background and trend, based on the relevant theoretical research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of children’s physiology, psychology and behavior, and puts forward the new requirements of children’s space environment.Combined with the questionnaire,we can get the existing problems of kindergarten public activity space, analyze and summarize the common elements that affect different public activity space, that is,the foothold of space research. Then,we use the comparative analysis of specific cases to focus on each spatial element and find out the processing methods of spatial elements suitable for children’s psychological behavior. Finally, the design principles and correspondingdesign strategies are summarized from the perspective of spatial elements, which provide theoretical support for the design of practical projects. This paper from the following five parts: the first chapter of the introduction of the paper put forward a detailed exposition. The second chapter is the foundation of the thesis, that is,to elaborate the relevant basic theory, which is the basis of the later analysis and research. The third chapter is the theoretical research part.First,it analyzes the children, summarizes the children’s psychological behavior characteristics, and then studies the public activity space of kindergarten.Through the observation records and questionnaire survey of children’s behavior,it finds out the factors that affect the space environment. Finally,it puts forward the children’s needs for space and the corresponding requirements of space elements combined with the children’s psychological behavior characteristics. The fourth chapter is the case study part, which makes a comparative analysis of the space elements of the actual cases and the classic cases, and further obtains the public activity space elements suitable for children’s psychological and behavioral characteristics.Chapter 5 is the problem-solving part.It summarizes the design principles from the previous theoretical and case studies, analyzes the design strategies of kindergarten activity space with charts, and expounds the corresponding space elements, and finally applies the design strategies to the actual project. |
