Aeronautical parts have the characteristics of complex shape and high machining accuracy,and their machining procedures are many and complex,so it is necessary to design a large number of special tooling to ensure the smooth implementation of machining process.At present,in aviation enterprises,tooling designers design special tooling according to the geometric information of parts and clamping requirements,relying on experience,design knowledge can not be fully shared tooling design quality is uneven design process workload long design cycle.In order to solve the above problems,a special tooling design platform for aviation complex parts is developed to provide design parameters for tooling and fixture manufacturing.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Aiming at the problems of long manufacturing cycle of complex parts,high dependence of tooling design on experience,easy deformation of clamping,difficult detection of fitting degree of workpiece positioning surface and mounting surface,repeated design of tooling and fixture,low flexibility,a technical scheme of leak-free sealing was proposed,which realized the long-term stable pressure retention of the fixture system.Through each part of PLC control technology to achieve the clamping force of independent control and adaptive clamping fixture system,using the workpiece positioning of multi-sensor technology to achieve the state detection,and put forward the complex parts zero positioning system,quick change tray system,rotating the clamping system and so on the clamping system design scheme,realize the closed to the clamping workpiece and repeated positioning accuracy(including 5 m or less,The overall design scheme of the special tooling design platform for complex parts,which integrates positioning,installation,sensing,measurement and control,is proposed.2.According to the technical requirements of the tooling design platform,the structure design of the clamping unit,measuring unit and control unit of the tooling design platform for complex parts is completed through parallel design and modular design.Taking the variable pitch rocker arm of a typical part as an example,Through virtual reality dynamic assembly,interference check,parametric design and finite element analysis technology,the number of clamping devices and the layout of clamping points in the clamping unit were optimized,and a three-dimensional digital CAD structure model of the special tooling design platform for complex parts was established.3.In view of the pressure instability of the fixture system,the pressure stability test experiment of the fixture system was carried out to meet the technical requirements of the pressure ≥10MPa after 48 hours of separation from the oil pressure source.The influence of clamping force on the clamping deformation of the workpiece was analyzed,and the mathematical model of clamping force,the distance between the working point and the supply air pressure was established.The mathematical model of the clamping force,the distance of the point of operation and the supply air pressure was established,and the influence of the clamping force on the clamping deformation of the workpiece was analyzed.Through the specialized equipment and tooling design platform to complete the cones of typical parts,jig design analyzed the multiple factors influencing the cones processing maximum deformation,determines the cones zero point positioning system design scheme,to cones processing deformation is less than 0.02 mm for the solution out of a set of optimal objective make cones processing maximum deformation minimum 0.008 mm parameters combination,It provides an efficient and feasible method for tooling design of similar component structure.Through the above theoretical and experimental research,the development of the aviation complex parts specialized equipment and tooling development platform for the design,make full use of existing fixture design knowledge,solve the equipment design based on empirical design problems such as equipment design are of variable quality,improve the level of the equipment design,the implementation of the rapid response of the aviation parts processing.
