| The truck crane turntable is the core component connecting the boom and the chassis frame,and its stiffness and strength directly affect the performance of the crane.In order to reduce costs and save energy,exploring methods and ways to reduce the weight of truck cranes has become one of the core competitiveness of truck crane enterprises.This paper takes an 80 t truck crane turntable as a typical example,uses different optimization techniques to carry out lightweight design of the turntable in stages,and discusses its structural form.Through the optimization of multiple working conditions,the maximum stress,comprehensive displacement and lateral displacement in each working condition are balanced.Two new turntable structure schemes that meet the performance requirements of various working conditions are proposed.(1)The boundary conditions of the turntable are established,and the finite element analysis is performed on the example turntable through the auxiliary tool Ansys Workbench.Summarized the influence of different loading methods,constraints and grid sizes on the analysis results;(2)In the conceptual design stage,the Topology Optimization module is used to optimize the multi-condition topology of the turntable structure based on the weight method to determine the force flow trend.Analyzed the performance differences and applicable conditions of different topological configurations;(3)In the basic design stage,the morphological analysis method was used to determine the optimal structure of the different functional modules of the turntable.Summarized the characteristics and advantages of different forms;(4)In the detailed design stage,after parametric modeling,the Response Surface Optimization module is used to optimize the size under multiple working conditions.The quantification law of the key dimensions of the turntable is summarized by the response surface method,and the sensitivity of the design parameters to the overall quality,strength and stiffness is analyzed.Use multi-objective genetic algorithm to get the optimized size combination;(5)In the innovative design stage,use generative design methods to explore future-oriented organic structures that imitate natural growth.Use the Generative design module of Fusion360 to perform generative design settings according to the load,material,safety factor,installation hinge point and assembly restrictions of the sample turntable.By repeatedly setting the side load conditions in reverse,the problem of generative design of structurally symmetrical parts subjected to side load is solved,and the problem of insufficient lateral rigidity of the traditional turntable is indirectly solved.The weight of the obtained weight-reducing structure is reduced by 15%,the lateral displacement is reduced by 1.2%,and the comprehensive displacement is only increased by2.8%.The weight of the generative structure is reduced by 12%,the lateral displacement is reduced by 55.6%,and the comprehensive displacement is reduced by 30.2%.Realize the lightweight design of the turntable structure.This research has certain guiding and reference significance for the existing turntable design. |
