The folding boom truck-mounted crane is a special lifting equipment that integrates cargo loading,unloading and transportation functions.Rotary table and booms are working mechanism for truck-mounted crane.Their mechanical and dynamic characteristics are the core factors that determine performance.This article takes the SZD422 folding boom truck-mounted crane produced by Hunan Shuangda Electromechanical Co.,Ltd as the research object,and uses Proe and ADAMS to establish the initial model and dynamic model of the folding boom truck-mounted crane.The dynamic model is used for force analysis,combined with static analysis and topology optimization method to carry out lightweight research on the working mechanism.Finally,the orthogonal design method is used to study the damping of the crane.The main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,the initial model established in Proe is imported into ADAMS to analyze the dynamic characteristics and stress state of the rotary table and booms under typical working conditions.According to the classical mechanics theory,the maximum force of each rotational position under typical working conditions is calculated,and compared with the results of dynamic analysis to verify the correctness of the dynamic model.Secondly,the ANSYS is used to establish a finite element model for the rotary table,moving boom and telescopic boom,and the hex dominant meshing method is used to complete the meshing.The maximum force at each position in the dynamic analysis results are used as the load input to calculate the structural stress and displacement distribution.Carry out stress test on the rotary table and booms,and compare the test values with the calculated values.The results show that the finite element analysis results are credible.Thirdly,the topology optimization method is used to optimize the structure of the rotary table.The topology optimization model of the rotary table is established by the variable density method.The minimum weight of the rotary table is used as the objective function,and the upper limit of the structural stress is used to obtain the topology configuration of the turntable.Extract the structural design model of the rotary table based on the topology optimization results,and consider the manufacturing process and assembly relationship to determine the turntable optimization plan.Finally,as for the damping of the crane during operation,the speed of the luffing cylinder and the telescoping cylinder is taken as the research object,and the hook acceleration at the arm head position is used as the optimization target.The single factor analysis and orthogonal optimization method are used to reduce the vibration of the crane sharply,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic control.
