| With the increasing share of China’s shipbuilding industry in international orders,the demand for improving ship design technology is also increasing.As an important part of ship design,improving the efficiency and quality of ship structure design has become the focus.In this paper,knowledge is introduced into ship structure design,and an optimization design method of ship structure is proposed,which combines designing,modeling,direct calculation,and optimization calculation.Firstly,the knowledge-based ship structure design modeling method is introduced.And the parameter transfer and model simplification from geometric model to finite element model are studied.Based on the finite element model,a ship structure optimization simulation system integrated with direct calculation software is established to obtain high quality design scheme.This paper first introduces the construction method of hull structure knowledge base,including the member base which stores hull and standard parts,and the rule base which can be checked automatically and stored.Then,based on the knowledge base,the ship structure design is carried out,and the 3D geometric model is established.Based on the secondary development of CATIA,the parameter transfer and model simplification of the geometric model are completed.Combined with the geometric information inherited from the 3D model,the finite element model is established.The direct calculation software is integrated on the automatic optimization platform to build the hull optimization simulation system based on direct calculation,so as to obtain the optimal design scheme that meets the rule constraints and pursues a certain ultimate objective.In addition,two examples are used to verify the applicability of the proposed optimization design method under different requirements.Based on the knowledge,the barge section is designed to obtain its 3D geometric model,and the finite element model is established on the basis of parameter transfer and model simplification completed by CATIA secondary development.The optimization simulation system of ship structure integrated with ANSYS is established,and the single objective optimization design for lightweight is carried out.The optimal design under symmetric and asymmetric conditions is obtained.Then,taking the design of the refrigerator storage tank sideshell as an example,the 3D geometric models of the sideshell with different structural forms are obtained by the knowledge-based design method,and the finite element models are also established with the assistance of the secondary development of CATIA.The multi-objective optimization design considering the stiffness,weight,cabin capacity and rules is carried out by sideshell structure optimization simulation system integrating the MSC.Patran,and the optimization results are analyzed to get the suitable using situation of different algorithms and structural forms. |
