| With the implementation of the national strategy of"maritime power"and the continuous development of the current industry towards intelligence, the shipbuilding industry also needs to achieve a certain technological revolution. In response to the call of the national development and revitalization of the manufacturing industry,3D printing technology is applied to the field of shipbuilding, changing the traditional way of shipbuilding, rapid printing of ships has become the current research hotspot. One of the biggest limitations of 3D printing in ship field is the problem of printing materials.Continuous carbon fiber has the advantages of high specific strength, high specific modulus, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and so on.Combining it with thermoplastic resin which is easy to print and form,a new composite material is formed. In terms of strength,it can replace steel in the field of shipbuilding to a certain extent and solve the problem of 3D printing materials,The further development of 3D printing technology in the field of shipbuilding is realized.Firstly, the improved continuous carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate was used as the3D printing material.According to the forming principle of 3D printing, combined with the concept of composite single-layer plate and laminated plate,it is determined that the plate printed with a certain 3D printing process parameter belongs to orthotropic laminated plate structure in mechanics.Furthermore, four engineering elastic constants e for characterizing orthotropic structures are derived E1、E2、v12、G12.Tensile test and three-point bending test were designed to measure the engineering elastic constant and bending strength; The ANSYS finite element simulation of the three-point bending experiment is carried out with the measured parameters, and the error between the simulation results and the experimental results is 0.75%,which verifies the feasibility of using the measured engineering elastic constants for simulation.Secondly, the main bearing characteristics of ship plate are analyzed. On the basis of 3D printing, the internal filling structure of the plate which mainly bears bending stress and torsion stress is designed. The three-point bending experiment and numerical simulation are used to verify and analyze the designed structure, and the optimal design scheme is selected,The angle of continuous carbon fiber in 3D printing and the stacking rule are given. Finally,on the basis of continuous carbon fiber 3D printing, taking"integrated molding"as the basic principle, the hull section structure is designed.Combined with the problems in the process of 3D printing, the 3D printing process parameters are continuously optimized, the designed structure is improved, and the printing assembly of hull section is completed. The hull plate is a very important part of the hull structure.Using 3D printing to design the hull section plate structure can provide a certain reference for the application of 3D printing in shipbuilding. The research and development of this technology will realize the technological revolution of shipbuilding, which is of great significance in the national development strategy. |
