| At present,the mode of ship building is that raw materials such as steel are cut and cut by numerical control,then small assembly and large assembly are carried out successively,and then ship sections are formed,and finally the whole ship is closed.There is a mature mechanized production process for the manufacture of the straight part of the hull,but for the bending part and complex components of the hull,there are still many problems in the production efficiency,quality control and accuracy control.The 3D printing technology is introduced to directly process the bending parts or even bending sections.The efficiency and quality of ship production will be greatly improved by taking advantage of the advantages of mold free design,high dimensional accuracy and fast forming.However,3D printing technology is limited by the use of materials,and there is the problem of poor mechanical properties of printed parts.Therefore,the key to solve this problem is to prepare materials with excellent properties.At present,the most commonly used method is to add various high-performance fibers as reinforcements in 3D printing consumables to prepare fiber reinforced composites and improve the mechanical properties of materials.In order to study the effect of sizing pretreatment on the interface and mechanical properties of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composites,the related experimental research was carried out.Firstly,the continuous carbon fiber was pretreated with sizing agent to study the influence of PC sizing agent concentration on the sizing amount and the change of fiber internal interface.With the increase of PC sizing agent concentration,the sizing amount of continuous carbon fiber increases gradually,and the increase rate slows down gradually.The sizing amount percentage of continuous carbon fiber corresponding to 20%,30%,40% and 50% concentration of sizing agent is 12.15%,24.05%,30.59% and 35.78% respectively.As the carbon fiber epoxy resin slurry percentage is 1%,the sizing amount percentage of polycarbonate is 11.15%,23.05%,29.59% and 34.78% respectively,Moreover,the internal interface of the fiber prepreg is enhanced.Secondly,the effect of PC sizing agent concentration on the mechanical properties of composite samples was studied.Under the conditions of this study,29.59% was the optimal sizing amount for continuous carbon fiber prepreg.The flexural strength,flexural modulus,tensile strength,interlaminar shear strength and impact strength of the composites reach196.89 mpa,19.84 gpa,337.91 mpa,41.93 mpa and 97 kj / m2 respectively.Compared with the same printing parameters,the properties of the composites are improved by 15.82%,75.58%,90.9%,57.22% and 56.45% respectivelyFinally,the influence of 3D printing process parameters on the bending properties of the composites was studied,and the interface of the samples was characterized.The bending strength and modulus of the composite are directly proportional to the printing temperature and inversely proportional to the thickness of the printing la yer.The bending modulus decreases with the increase of the deposition line spacing,and the bending strength first increases and then decreases with the decrease of the deposition line spacing. |
