The design of piping system is an important work in the ship design.A proper pipeline layout can improve space utilization,ensure the safe operation of each system and reduce human error.Scientific comprehensive evaluation method of pipeline layout can improve the efficiency of pipeline layout,shorten the r&d cycle,lower the cost of the design and improve the quality of pipeline layout.At present,the evaluation methods of ship pipeline layout are mostly ex-post evaluation methord.This design method has long design cycle and high cost.Scholars at home and abroad are devoted to research the intelligent layout method of ship pipeline,and have made some achievements.However,because of the variety of intelligent pipeline layout methods and the wide range of applications,the intelligent layout method of ship pipeline still lacks a systematic and scientific comprehensive evaluation method.Based on this,this thesis proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of ship pipeline layout,which bases on network hierarchical matter-element analysis.The main research contents include the following parts:1.According to relevant standards of ship pipeline layout and evaluation system construction method,this thesis constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of ship pipeline layout.And then,this thesis tests the completeness and validity of the index system.2.Based on the analysis of the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of several classical comprehensive evaluation methods,combined with the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation index system of ship pipeline layout,and on the basis of the improvement of traditional scale system of AHP,this thesis proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on network AHP,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model.3.This thesis provides different quantitative methods for different subjective and objective evaluation indexes.This thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several common weighting methods,and puts forward an appropriate weight allocation method based on the multi-level and multi-attribute characteristics of comprehensive evaluation index of ship pipeline layout.4.This thesis developes a subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation software for ship pipeline layout,and embed the comprehensive evaluation model established above into the software to realize the real-time interaction between design and evaluation.Finally,by evaluating an example of piping layout in ship engine room,this thesis veifies the validity of the comprehensive evaluation method.And according to the evaluation results,this thesis gives some suggestions for the improvement of pipeline layout design in engine room.
