| In the process of ship general layout design,ship cabins layout design is one of the significant procedures.Traditional layout designs are based on the experience of designers by repeated demonstrations and hand-drawn drawings.As the number and types of cabins to be increased,various factors needs to be considered in the form of layout,such as the different types of cabins,the logistics intensity and the proximity intensity between the cabins.As a result,the layout of the cabins also needs to be modified accordingly.This will inadvertently increase the amount of repetitive work and decrease design efficiency.How to efficiently and rationally put different types of cabins into the reasonable regions has become an urgent problem in the process of cabins layout.In view of these existing problems,based on cabins layout design criteria,intelligent algorithms is used to optimize the layout results in this paper,and a general optimization algorithm for cabins layout is built up.Based on the parametric design idea,the cabins equipment layout system on the SolidWorks platform is developed in this paper,as well as the rapid modeling and three-dimensional visualization of the cabin model are realized.The main research works of this paper as follows:First of all,relevant ship cabin layout design specifications and Systematic Layout Planning theory are researched,and uses the SLP method theory to construct the inter-cabins logistics strength target criterion,the adjacent strength target criterion and the fixed position target criterion.On this basis,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of cabin layout is formed.Secondly,in view of the shortcomings of traditional genetic algorithms that are easy to fall into local optimality,the performance of the algorithm is improved in this paper,taking the logistics strength,the strength of adjacency,and the fixed position as the optimization objectives,as well as the area constraints is considered,a mathematical model of cabin layout is established;taking the effective activity space utilization and the fixed position as the optimization objectives,a mathematical model of furniture layout is established.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve several common layout forms in ship cabin layout,generate feasible layout plan,and create a general algorithm for cabin layout optimization.Thirdly,the method of creating the cabin layout system is analyzed in this article,the programming environment and database are clarified in the system,the basic framework of system is created,sub-menu and data input interface of each component are designed in the system.channel layout,cabin layout and equipment layout are designed parametrically by using SolidWorks platform,a parametric layout system for ship cabins is developed.Finally,based on the final layout plan of the cabin obtained by the improved genetic algorithm,a ship cabins equipment layout system is developed in this paper for three-dimensional modeling.In this way,the optimization plan of the cabins layout is realized. |
