Research On Optimization Of Power Grid Planning And Management Of XZ Power Supply Company

In recent years,with the power system reform and the general industry and commerce the impact of the price by 10%,power grid enterprises the main contradiction from people’s increasing demand of production and life and the contradiction between power supply capacity is insufficient,into the contradiction between the power grid enterprise construction and operating costs,and the contradiction between the social expectations of lower prices.The main measures to alleviate the new contradictions are to maximize the investment benefits of power grid enterprises through closed-loop management of power grid planning,change the past management mode of power grid planning and construction,and realize large investment,high infrastructure and heavy assets.Based on XZ grid planning and management of power supply company the status quo,on the basis of in view of the exposed problems in the management of power grid planning in-depth analysis,through related data analysis,on-the-spot investigation method,case analysis method,based on the theory of power grid planning management,design a set of power grid planning "lean management" system,makes every effort to change the traditional power grid planning relatively extensive pattern.This paper conducts optimization research from three aspects:setting up power grid planning organization,optimizing power grid planning workflow,and changing power grid planning and management mode.Through analyzing the pilot regional power planning and management cases,the feasibility of power grid planning and management system is verified.Finally,the paper designs safeguard measures for power grid planning and management from five aspects:strengthening user access planning and management,integrating power grid planning into municipal planning,establishing a good and harmonious external environment,improving basic data collection and management,and strengthening information application in work,so as to comprehensively improve the lean management level of power grid planning.
