| Nowadays,the resource is becoming constraint,except of the rapid development of the national economy and urbanization,the shortage of energy coming with the good aspect.As a part of energy consumption,nobody can ignore the building energy.People began to pay more attention to the importance of energy-saving gradually.On the basis of energy-saving technology,China begins to promote the ultra-low energy and near-zero energy buildings,and becomes to strengthen energy-saving of the existing residential buildings to reduce the use of non-renewable energy and promote the use of renewable energy.But the passive ultra-low building is still in the development stage.There is no study on passive energy efficiency in cold regions.In this study,it analyzes the climatic characteristics and the current situation of extant buildings in cold areas,combines with the passive and energy-saving technology to research strategy of the passive energy-saving transformation.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature,this paper analyzes the present situation of the enclosed structure and heating system,summarize the main features and design strategies,then proposes the technical measures including the envelope structure of the transformation,air tightness,broken-thermal bridge.The paper also points out the certification standards of the passive energy-saving transformation,and evaluates the benefits of the whole life cycle.Finally,the study took practical project as an example to analyze the heat-recovery efficiency of fresh air system and the natural ventilation on the building’s energy,researched on the energy consumption,load and energy efficiency of the buildings.Then,the paper compared the result with the buildings which use the 65% energy-saving standard,studied on the passive energy efficiency of the dynamic payback period and economic,environmental,social benefits. |
