With the rapid development of social economy,the old residential buildings in urban areas have been built for a long time,which can no longer meet the needs of residents for the current housing quality.The cooling and heating energy consumption of buildings is large,and the indoor thermal environment is poor.The renovation of old urban communities can effectively improve the living conditions and quality of life of residents,and can meet the requirements of energy conservation and low carbon while improving the thermal environment,which is worthy of further study.However,at present,there are still some problems in the research in this area in China.For example,the research on the energy-saving transformation of public buildings is relatively in-depth,while there are few studies on the energy-saving transformation of residential buildings in old urban areas.At the same time,the research on the transformation of existing residential buildings in Changsha started late,and the transformation strategy is not perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to select such topics for research.In this paper,the field investigation,literature research and numerical simulation methods are used to comprehensively analyze the energy-saving transformation scheme of residential buildings in old residential areas in Changsha,and put forward energy-saving transformation strategies,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the energy-saving transformation of residential buildings in old residential areas in Changsha.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following three parts:First,it combs the development history of existing residential buildings in Changsha,conducts on-the-spot investigation on the residential buildings in old residential areas in cities and towns and their transformation,and summarizes the current situation of building envelope in old residential areas.Secondly,the energy-saving analysis is made on the influencing factors of the residential building renovation of the old residential quarters in Changsha City,such as building orientation,window wall ratio,external wall,external window,sunshade and roof,and the renovation methods and key points are described.Thirdly,based on the climate characteristics of Changsha,a typical case is selected as the research object to evaluate the energy consumption performance,simulate the annual total energy consumption under the single transformation of each influencing factor,and use the orthogonal test method to design different combination schemes for the four main transformation factors of external wall,external window,sunshade and roof.The comprehensive annual total energy consumption is obtained through numerical simulation,and the energy-saving effects of different schemes are compared,Put forward the energy-saving transformation strategy suitable for the old residential buildings in cities and towns.
