| In modern mechanical equipment under the rapid development in the direction of the overload,high precision,the performance requirements of mechanical drive system has been improved,herringbone gear drive with spur and helical gear transmission,the advantages of stable and reliable transmission,shock,noise is small,and it also avoids the helical gears in the work of the shaft of the axial force,Avoid large axial force under heavy load which will affect the transmission effect.Therefore,it is widely used in mechanical equipment,ship engineering,aerospace and other transmission fields.However,manufacturing errors will occur in the production and processing of gears,especially herringbone gears are composed of a pair of spiral surfaces with opposite rotation directions.The structure is more complex.There are alignment errors and the double spiral tooth surface errors of the gear need to be considered.These error factors lead to transmission error in the herringbone gear transmission system affects the stability and accuracy of the whole machine transmission.Therefore,according to the characteristics of herringbone gears,this article establishes a herringbone gear transmission accuracy model with a slice method.Based on the detection and equivalence of various manufacturing errors,the model is used to study its influence on the transmission accuracy of the herringbone gear transmission system.Analyze and evaluate the transmission performance of the herringbone gear system.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Firstly,considering that the herringbone gear has tooth profile error,tooth direction error,tooth pitch error and alignment error,based on the actual measured manufacturing error data,the errors are respectively fitted;then the various measured error is equivalent to the gap of the gear contact spring for analysis.(2)Then,the transmission precision model of a pair of herringbone gears was established by dividing the two gears into discrete pieces along the width of the teeth.Establish the deformation coordination equation and the motion equation by calculating the gear meshing stiffness,so as to solve the transmission error and complete the establishment of a pair of herringbone gear transmission accuracy model.And analyze the influence of various manufacturing errors on the accuracy of herringbone gear transmission.The Monte Carlo method is used to simulate and analyze the transmission accuracy of herringbone gears,and effectively predict the distribution range of the transmission accuracy of herringbone gears in the fourth,fifth and sixth precision.The analysis of the herringbone gear transmission accuracy evaluation provides a certain basis and method.(3)By designing a pair of five-level precision herringbone gears and processing them,testing various manufacturing errors and carrying out herringbone gear transmission accuracy experiments,using the gear transmission test bench,and calculating the gear shaft system by measuring the rotation angle of the input shaft and output shaft Analyze the test results to verify the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the analysis method.(4)Finally,the slicing method is extended to herringbone planetary transmission,and the accuracy model of herringbone planetary gear transmission is established.Based on the analysis of the relative displacement of the internal and external meshing gears of the herringbone planetary transmission and the establishment of elastic deformation coordination conditions,the motion equation of the herringbone planetary transmission is established and the matrix form is derived to solve the transmission error;and then it analyzes the influence of herringbone gear tooth profile error and tooth pitch error on transmission accuracy.The herringbone gear transmission accuracy slicing model established in this paper comprehensively considers the herringbone gear double helix tooth surface error,using the actual measured error data,through analysis,the transmission accuracy of the herringbone gear can be more realistically reflected,and the efficiency of solution is also considered,which can lay the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study of various performances of herringbone gear transmission. |
