Two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control system for ammunition supply is a control system in the form of two degree of freedom structure which can complete the mission of the simulation shooting,high and low pitch and azimuth motion through multi axis linkage.The simulation research on this system which can analyze the mechanics characteristic of artillery and find the cause of the trouble plays an important role in solving technical problems between system for ammunition supply and artillery.The main contents of this paper include:1.We carried out the work based on the test-bed of ammunition supply system.According to the two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control system,we analyzed the structural characteristic and the performance index of the two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control system.It includes the simulation platform of artillery firing state,the installation platform of ammunition box,the driving control system,the guidance and interface of ammunition supply,the measurement and control system,the power supply and energy power system,etc.In addition,we carried out the overall design of the two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control ammunition supply system.The designed test-bed of ammunition supply system is a comprehensive test-bed integrated with multi caliber,multisensor nodes,multi degrees of freedom and composite linkage control.It can realize the simulation of forward and backward movement,pitching,azimuth movement and ammunition movement in the shooting process of related series of caliber guns,and it can study the mechanical properties of the shooting process of gun automata,especially provide a comprehensive technical approach to real-time monitoring of force;2.According to the performance requirements of the test-bed,we completed the design of two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control system.The measurement and control system includes hardware system composition and software program design.The hardware system includes the selection and use of sensor,data acquisition card and other hardware.The software program is designed based on Labview platform.Finally,we realized the joint debugging of hardware system and software program.The design of the measurement and control system can drive the output of the control signal at the same time of signal acquisition.After the acquisition,it can display and store the acquisition data to realize the measurement and control function;3.We carried out the simulation analysis of two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control system.At first,we analyzed the geometry and mechanical characteristics of the chain and established the simulation model,and then we compiled the simulation program and determined the input conditions needed for the simulation,including the calculation step,target track position,parameters in the ammunition supply.The simulation results are obtained through calculation,including the chain shape in multi-directional angle,the impact of the firing speed,the elevation angle and the azimuth angle of the automaton on the displacement elasticity,and the change law of track deployment elasticity based on the different targets.In the process of modeling the shape of projectile chain,we proposed a method of simulating the shape of projectile chain with adaptive space plane curve.By calculating the curvature,we obtain the shape characteristics of projectile chain in the process of simulating shooting;4.We carried out the test of the two degree of freedom floating multi axis linkage control system for ammunition supply.It includes the integration of the test system,the installation and debugging of the test-bed of the ammunition supply system,the physical signal acquisition test of the key parts,and the verification of the design function and performance of the test-bed system.
