| Smart substation plays a very important role in the construction of smart power grid,and its communication standard is relatively standard.In the actual operation process of smart substation,the isolation measures used include inserting and pulling optical fiber physical isolation,closing maintenance plate,closing and disconnecting outlet plate,etc.,and the staff need to manually compile the secondary safety measures used for maintenance.Considering the environmental status of wind-blown sand in Ningxia region,the secondary maintenance process often appears in the situation of plugging and pulling jam and other problems,at the same time,The quality and professionalism of the field staff are uneven,and the maintenance workload of intelligent substation is increasing,the traditional manual preparation of secondary safety measures can not meet the requirements of intelligent substation.In this paper,a method of automatic generation of security ticket based on the semantics of typical security measures is proposed.Based on this,a set of automatic generation system of secondary security ticket based on SCD object model is designed and applied to the maintenance practice of intelligent substation.The research work of this paper includes:First of all,according to industry standards and specification,to study the secondary security measures in related application scenarios of smart substation and typical accident prevention ticket scheme,extract intelligent substation security measures implemented specific operation object,and based on the SCD control file system and the configuration file constructed accident prevention object model,combined with the actual secondary repair process,Taking the maintenance scene of the pressure plate and the loop as the research object,the automatic generation method of safety measures is proposed censoring on the key technology of secondary safety measures.The matching of the implementation object and operation object of the typical safety measure ticket in smart substation is realized,which improves the problem of low efficiency of generating safety measure ticket in substation.Secondly,based on Web technology and Node technology,the software client of secondary accident prevention ticket generation system is designed in C/S mode on the basis of NW.JS structure.It can ensure the client normal using when the server can not run.At the same time,the system is expressed in a graphical way,which visually presents the mutual connection between each device and the mutual connection between the pressure plate and the loop,so as to facilitate the use of field operators.At the same time,in view of the information transmission and fusion between the SCD control file system and the designed accident prevention ticket generation system,the data aggregation architecture for accident prevention ticket generation system is constructed,which can realize the automatic or quasi-automatic generation of secondary accident prevention based on the SCD object model.This paper proposed and designed the accident prevention ticket generation system and the substation file control system is associated,,broke the information barriers between different management systems of the substation,realized the unified management of data,has good portability and generalization.The system designed in this paper has been applied to the secondary safety measures of a 220kV substation in Ningxia.The practical application results of the project show that the system designed can be effectively applied to the maintenance work scenes of intelligent substation,and can provide guidance for the staff. |
