Research On The Fault Treatment And Safety Measures Of Second System Of Intelligent Substation

Among the components of intelligent substation,relay protection configuration is a very important component.Under the premise that relay protection configuration satisfies selectivity,reliability,speed,and sensitivity,the entire relay protection configuration can be divided into substation layers.And two layers of process layer.This paper mainly discusses the implementation method of the secondary equipment replacement and fault management of intelligent substation relay protection(Antso),and finally puts forward some suggestions for the standardization of the secondary antso of intelligent substation relay protection.Combined with the actual operation mode of the first and second equipments of the 500 kV haibei substation,the daily operation and operation methods of the substation error prevention system are analyzed,and some feasible methods to ensure the reliable operation of the secondary system and the reliable implementation of the secondary safety measures are put forward in the management.At the same time,merging units and intelligent terminals represent the sampling loop and separation gate loop of the protection in the regular station system,which is an important part of the protection logic function that directly affects the protection logic function and can easily cause the protection to move or refuse to move.This paper lists several combined units of different voltage levels,fault replacement operations of intelligent terminals,and analyzes their respective processing methods and the differences in the implementation of secondary security measures.It is concluded that the methods of implementing secondary safety measures for each protective device of intelligent station are not exactly the same,and the secondary safety measures of different types of equipment and different manufacturers are different.In the actual work on site,we are required to analyze the secondary safety measures during various operations in detail,comprehensively analyze the isolation of the device,and ensure that the operating device is completely separated from the operating equipment,thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the on-site operation.
