At present,China has made great progress in the construction of strong smart power grid.Intelligent substations based on the IEC61850 communication protocol have become the mainstream of construction,accounting for an increasing proportion year by year.With the increase of operating life,the secondary equipments of intelligent substation are inevitably faced with maintenance,fault processing and other work.At present,the conventional substation secondary system maintenance method has been relatively mature,but for intelligent substations,due to the maintenance staff to stand in the application of new equipment,new technology has failed to fully grasp,secondary system maintenance method is still in the exploration practice stage,standard maintenance procedures and maintenance method are immature.In order to improve the healthy operation level of intelligent substation and lay the foundation for the operation of strong smart power grid,it is necessary to sum up experience in the construction and maintenance of intelligent substation as soon as possible and develop a new method for the maintenance of secondary system with high reliability and strong practicability.This paper firstly introduces the characteristics and technologies of intelligent substation,conducts a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the secondary system between conventional substation and intelligent substation,and proposes a new method for the secondary system maintenance of intelligent substation by referring to the maintenance experience of conventional station.In view of the situation that there is no unified standard for the order of secondary security measures in intelligent substation,the strategy is proposed to standardize the order of execution and recovery of secondary security measures.In view of the situation that fiber link path is difficult to locate,and fault is difficult to find,this paper puts forward "the full path marked" fiber link path positioning method and the fault diagnosis of the fixed-point test method,and the auxiliary judgment based on a network packet analyzer.Combining with the existing technology,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of on-line monitoring and diagnosis of optical fiber link and gives the algorithm,so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault removal and reduce the dependence on the manufacturer.The new maintenance method proposed in this paper can improve the scientificity of the maintenance of the secondary system and the accuracy of the troubleshooting of the secondary system.It provides technical guarantee for the safety and stability of the smart grid.Through practical engineering application,the reliability and practicability of the new maintenance method proposed in this paper are verified.
