| The object studied in this paper is a steel fiber reinforced concrete target with bulletproof steel plates.By changing the thickness of the bulletproof steel plates(0mm,3mm,12 mm,15mm)and the thickness of the steel fiber reinforced concrete target(450mm,500mm),different Target board.Use a certain type of sand bomb to conduct penetration tests on different target plates.After the penetration test,place a grain on the target plate’s damage,and then perform a static explosion test on the target plate.Evaluation of the anti-penetration and anti-explosion performance of the composite target.In this paper,the numerical simulation of the composite target’s anti-invasion and explosion is carried out.The target plate and penetrating bomb used in the test were modeled separately,and the internal reinforcement structure of the steel fiber concrete target plate was reasonably simplified and meshed.Use LS-DYNA to perform numerical calculations on the penetrating conditions,and compare with the test conditions to verify the rationality of the selected material model and material parameters.Re-model the composite target plate after penetration,add a pellet to the penetrating and destroyed crater,and then use the fluid-structure coupling algorithm to simulate the explosion conditions,and compare with the test results to prove the rationality of the numerical simulation.On the post-processing software,the points on the internal steel structure of the steel fiber reinforced concrete target are taken as the research object to obtain the strain data curve,combined with the shock wave propagation cloud during the explosion,etc.,to make the anti-explosion performance of the composite target under test Assessment.It was found that the most critical factor that affects the anti-blast performance of the composite target plate is whether the bullet-proof steel plate after penetration penetrates or not.By adjusting the thickness of the steel fiber reinforced concrete target plate and the bulletproof steel plate,and then carrying out numerical simulation of penetration,the combination with the best antiburst performance is selected.In this paper,through the experimental research and numerical simulation method,anti-penetration and anti-explosion performance of the steel fiber reinforced concrete target plate with bulletproof steel plate is studied,and at the same time,the optimal combination scheme is proposed to provide a reference for the future construction of protection engineering. |
