As a new type of engine with light weight,simple structure and large power-mass characteristics,powdered fuel ramjet is becoming the preferred propulsion system for various types of missiles which in the development process.Because the performance of powdered fuel ramjet is greatly affected by the stability of the fuel supply,designing a measurement and control system is of significance to the development and applications of powdered fuel ramjet.This paper adopts a piston-driven powder propolsion scheme after conducting related reseach on the fuel supply method.The fesibility of this scheme is verified by fluid simulation.After system requirements analysis,a complete measurement and control system of powdered fuel ramjet is designed in this paper.The control part of the system takes the controller algorithm design as the core.It obtains the system mathematical model and gives the closed-loop feedback measurement method.Based on the mathematical model of the system,two different controllers are designed and compared by simulation.The simulation result shows that fuzzy adaptive PID controller has almost no overshoot,and can respond quickly to external interference or changes in system parameters.According to the high-precision control requirements,this paper selects a permanent magnet synchronous motor based on torque,power and other parameters,and uses the analog voltage generated by the DAC to drive the motor.The design of the measurement part of the system is based on the requirements of ramjet ignition and feedback of control system.This paper carried out the design work of related software and hardware in this part.In order to ensure the synchronization of each channel and enhance the system expansion capability,the hardware architecture uses FPGA as a single control core.For the problem of complex power supply voltage and high accuracy requirements,this paper designs related power distribution schemes.Aiming at the storage problem of a large amount of data,a related driver and bad block inspection scheme was written using a FIFO and a Flash.What’s more,in order to improve the reliability of highspeed wireless communication,this paper uses a packet verification and response method after comparing different communication schemes.After testing,the function of the measurement part and the control part is well,and the powder flow supply is stable.In addition,the test results of each sub-module show that the ignition delay of this system is accurate and the security is high.The wireless transmission process can provide synchronous backhaul for up to 10 channels while ensuring the timely and accurate data.
