The thesis make detailed analysis and studying to the structure of burner, the airflow organization and the problem existing in #4 boiler of Baoding thermal power plant. In order to stabilize the burner, develops disposing adjustable shade splitter in the exit of below primary air pipe.Moves the tertiary jet by 100 mm upwards, and disparts the below overfire jet into two, of which one disposes above the tertiary, the other disposes below the tertiary. Shrinks the middle overfire jet by 20 mm upwards and downwards. The thesis adopts RNG k-εmodel and stochahtic model to do numerical simulation of air-solid two-phase flow in horizontal shade powdered fuel burner and analyses the simulation results.It indicates that the appliance of shade powdered fuel burner in #4 boiler in Baoding thermal power plant well prevents fire extinction, improves boiler efficiency , stabilize burning in low load and achieve design requirements.
